Works great or monitor arm setup(another quick release monitor didn't include nuts and washers), heard a nice click when putting it on, seems stable. Will update review to 5 stars if my monitor doesn't fall off it within a couple months

So I needed something like this so I could have a monitor on my desk and then at night move it to a wall mount where I could watch TV in bed.The only problem, is that it's not that difficult to place the monitor on and push the lever to enable the locking mechanism to keep the monitor in place. It's the reverse action. To get off the monitor and place it back on the desk. It's quite difficult.And I'm doing this with a 24" monitor and old one. 2009 model.But hey, it works. Maybe I'll get used to it in a while.

Happy with this product, I use a tall desk pole mount that isn't easy to adjust with all monitors attached and this allows me to safely move things around and make adjustments without risking my displays.Only downside is that while the fixture is pretty secure, it flexes/"snaps" between two angles if you try push or pull your monitors. I would advise if you want to make adjustments to monitor arms when using these that you grip the arm rather than the monitor.

Far too hard to remove the monitor once clipped on. There is a lot of wiggle until the monitor-side bracket has settled into the arm/stand-side bracket, at which point it becomes too difficult to remove. This "Quick" release system is poorly designed.

I would have given it five stars but for the fact that when the spacers are needed (in my case for a monitor with a recess), the longer bolts are too long - I had to go and find some shorter ones. For me M4x25 were perfect (and luckily I had some to hand).Solid mounting of metal. No additional rotational slack, a very minimal bend of the brakect when twisting left or right.

upgrade for my long arm in camper van
