Honestly impressed with these knives. They’re super sharp and feel much higher quality than I expected for the price. I’ve used them for a few different things already and they work great. Really good value for a knife set.

Great value Asian style chefs cleaver knife. It is a well balanced chefs cleaver. Comes very sharp out of the box with a blade cover sheath. It has a modern look as well. I enjoy the way cuts and that I can use it as a scoop for whatever I'm cutting. I used it enough that Ive sharpened it and its very easy to sharpen too.

Great knife set for the price. Block and blades are aesthetically pleasing. Blades have a good weight to them and very sharp. If I had to critique one item is I can feel an ever so slight protrusion lip of the metal handle pins against the black handle material in a few spots on just a few of the blades but not a deal breaker or functionality issue for me. I was looking for something with serrated steak knifes, full tang handles, traditional wood block (not magnetic or takes up tons of counter space), and no fake laser etched Damascus. I found the Paudin knifes as a recommended brand via. the Food & Wine knife set review.

Really good knife. Grip is perfect and cuts everything smooth as butter. Needs to take care real good. And on top of it. Price is very reasonable. Looking forward to add some more from Paudin in my knife set.

The knife is good for the money but it is not carbon steel. It came very sharp but dulled quickly. The waves on the blade appear to be etched and are not ingrained as a carbon blade would have.. Its a cheap chinese knock off but for the money an OK value.. The handle feels nice..

I thought 3 to make a set. These are great and look good too
