These are awesome
I really love these earbuds. Open air buds are so much more comfortable to me and I like being able to hear what's going on around me. These are super cool with the ability to add the mic boom just like their G9 product. But I like that you can choose which side to add them to. Both buds have the magnetic connector for the boom. My husband tells me the audio quality sounds just fine on the other end of a phone call. They're easy to charge by just placing them back in their case and the battery on the case lasts FOREVER. The ONLY thing that's a bit wonky is the volume is slightly lower on the left ear bud. I got a second pair and its the same. I tested it with a decibal tester and lathe left is noticeably lower volume but not enough to make me throw them out the window. I love everything else about these enough that they are my new go to. The other products are also great. I've tried the G2(my other favorite for recording voice notes), G9 (my other favorite for chill listening) , and G3 (My other favorite with the physical mute button for Zoom calls). All of these others are connected at the back, which makes them a tad less comfortable to lean back and chill against a couch or pillow. The A2 are separate buds so they're comfortable anywhere. Sure, all of these products mentioned aren't the highest of toppest quality out there like $300 Bose and whatnot, but for the incredible price, these are my favorite listening and casual conversation products.

Great product
So far I really like this product. You can connect to multiple devices, sound is good. Can connect mic to either ear and they don't bother my ears. I Changed my review to a 2 bc i am having issues with them not staying g connected during a call. The connection goes back and forth during a call to my ear back to the phone.i an going to try Thema bit longer if it continues I'm sending them back.

Lightweight, Organized Durable Case, Clear Mic
The A2 headset is the most lightweight and comfortable communication headset I've worn yet. There is some getting used to it resting on the top of the ear, but I can hardly feel that I'm wearing them sometimes. Phone calls and online chats are easy and my voice comes through clearly. It is possible to interchange which side the microphone is attached, and you can also wear only one earpiece instead of both (doubling the battery life, but lifespan is already amazing). Audio quality is the weakest part of the headset, however it's really not a problem for phone calls. My voice comes through and I can hear people clearly. I however would never listen to music on these. The second weakest part is there's only 2 MFBs in total (multifunction button), one on each earpiece. Wearing only one earpiece limits what actions you can perform, and the MFB takes practice to know how long to press for functions such as adjusting the volume a little instead of a lot. Best to use the smart device to adjust volume and other controls. The other bonuses about the A2 headset are that it doesn't have the behind-the-head band and the case the A2 comes in is durable and well organized. Leaning back into a chair is comfortable because there's no behind-the-head band. Travel and keeping the desk clean is easy because the headset pieces magnetically situate themselves back into the case. (The case is how they recharge, so don't misplace it). Though I would have loved to have better audio quality, I'm going to give it a 5/5 because it does what it's designed to do: make phone calls, be lightweight, and be organized.

Avoid.
My 1-star instead of zero for the A2 is for the company's tech support. They were responsive and nice but the product is a waste of money. Let me explain. In 2023, I bought a pair of BANIGIPA G3 open ear headphones with boom mic to use for work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. They were great! So great that I later bought another pair to gift a coworker who also can't wear in- or over-ear/over-head headsets. But then, in 2025, my BANIGIPA headset microphone stopped working. The audio worked perfectly (and even after I cut the inoperable mic off, the audio still works well), but the microphone stopped working. I confirmed I wasn't muted on the headset or the computer and nothing got the mic working again no matter which device I tried them on. I was devastated because they'd been so good up until that point and because I left them at work every day and handled them with kid gloves. I knew they were from a no-name Chinese company, so I figured I would need to treat them really delicately to maintain them and still, that didn't help. I actually emailed the company to ask if they had something I could do to fix them or if they would replace them or something like that. The company responded back that the best they could do was offer me a 50% credit on buying another product AFTER I bought said other product because the G3 warranty is only for 1 year. The G3 was $60 so I wasn't too keen on having to spend $30 more for a headset that was probably going to just break again soon after the warranty was up, but the response from the company was a really nice touch (assuming they would have actually followed through with giving me the Amazon credit) so I said I would try buying a newer model of the G3 to see if the longevity of the product had improved for the newer version. Long story short, I never even attempted to get my 50% refund after purchasing this new BANIGIPA product because this new headset was horrible. The audio quality was ridiculously muffled both ways. I don't know if that is because the mic is removable but even if that's the case, it doesn't explain why my audio/what I heard of the call was so bad. So I just returned them to Amazon. This review is to say that if you need a short term product, go with the BANIGIPA G3, but avoid the A2 because the sound quality, both listening and speaking is really bad. I decided to go ahead and leave a review while I'm back on Amazon looking for another pair. Why is it so hard to find open ear headphones with a boom mic that is good quality in the $50-$100 range? Is that too much to ask? The technology in the headphones realm far surpasses what is available for the price. I just don't understand, but I would rather not have anything than pay money for something that breaks for no reason in under 5 years or is just plain cheap, toy quality stuff.

Very uncomfortable especially if you wear glasses. Falls off ear constantly.
Very uncomfortable, easy to pair, sound is good. Not for me, can't make it stay on my ears I find that putting on is difficult and they fall off all the time. I especially dont recomend if you wear glasses. Returning this item.

Very nice Headphones!!!
These are very good sound quality. The stereo mode gives very good quality sound, with deep base, rare in buds of this type. The ability to wear all the time without taking them on and off is a life saver at work. Also the fact they connect to 2 devices is great. They are lightweight and comfortable. I also like that I can switch the mic boom to either side, even in the middle of a call. Charging is quick and easy in the case. I would highly recommend.

Great for office work
This has been absolutely amazing for work. I work as a dispatcher, and having open ear is so great. I can hear my co-workers, still hear callers, and jam out to music without being able to hear people. Battery lasts my whole shift, and is very comfortable. Boom mic makes all the difference as well. I had a pair of Shokz and nobody could hear me. They are a little loose fitting but haven't fallen off.

Comfortable & Clear Audio, Great for Work and Travel!
I’ve been using the BANIGIPA Open Ear Headphones for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m very impressed! Pros: ✅ Comfortable Fit: The open-ear design is lightweight and sits comfortably without causing ear fatigue, even after long hours of use. ✅ Clear Call Quality: The detachable boom mic is a game changer! It effectively reduces background noise, making calls crystal clear. ✅ Long Battery Life: The 60-hour battery life (with the charging case) is fantastic—I only charge them once or twice a week. ✅ Stable Connection: Bluetooth 5.4 ensures a strong and reliable connection without dropouts. ✅ Multipurpose Use: Works great for office calls, gaming, and even casual music listening. Cons: ❌ Limited Bass: Since it's an open-ear design, the bass isn't as deep as traditional in-ear headphones. ❌ Mic Sensitivity: The boom mic picks up slight background noise if you're in a very loud environment. Final Verdict: If you're looking for a comfortable, long-lasting, and clear-sounding headset for work and travel, this is a great choice! The open-ear design keeps you aware of your surroundings, and the detachable mic makes it versatile. Highly recommend!

Mic noise cancelling is non existent
These feel quality. They fit nice. Callers sound very clear but... the mic doesn't have noise cancelling. They claim 95 percent noise cancelling with dsp? But my caller told me they could hear people around me very clearly. So why would I keep these when they don't have spectacular audio quality or any app for eq customisation? Plus, they marketed these with dishonesty. Claiming it has noise cancelling mic when it doesn't. The battery life is good, the units feel quality and I like the case but when the mic can't do noise cancelling, I may as well buy a pair that perform well for music and have proven noise cancelling such as Anker aerofit 2.
