I got this for my mom and she loves it. This is her review: At 66 years old I was tired of treadmills and aerobic videos. It all became so boring. I still love my weight lifting but I needed more for changing up my activity level throughout my day so I began to learn more about mini trampolines and the many benefits they offer for health and well being. The best thing I learned about them is they are so FUN to use. I look forward to my mini workouts all day long. Great mood lifter! After researching rebounders (mini trampolines), I settled on JumpSport Pro. I read reviews and watched countless videos of users showing the pros and cons of each one on the market. I decided on the Pro model 350 Teal frame 39" trampoline. It arrived completely assembled except for putting on the 6 legs. Extremely easy setup. What made this rebounder the best choice was the ability to set the tension for my preferred bounce. I am using the soft bounce (which is how it arrives assembled) right now since I am a beginner at doing this. After a few minutes of use it was super easy to bounce and move around on with the best rebound of wonderful soft feedback. So gentle on my joints. Great for stabilizing my core and improving my balance. The exercise is excellent also, reaching my aerobic BPM very quickly after a minute or 2. My thighs and calves are singing after a few minutes. The cords are very well made and the changeout for increasing the firmness in bounce is quick and easy. The warranty is excellent with lifetime on the frame and legs and 4 years on the cords and jump surface. The legs have the patented curved angle for more stability so I never feel like it is going to tip over even when stepping close to the edge. The jump pad is strong and resilient and lays flat even when jumping. I will get many years of use out of this and my hubby is enjoying it as well. Oh BTW in the short time of less than a week I have dropped 3 lbs which is the best part of getting my lymphatic system to release the junk in my body. I am filled with energy. Highly recommend it!

I highly recommend the JumpSport 350 Pro. It is silent and very stable. It doesn't wobble at all, as some less expensive rebounders apparently do. I got the 39" and it doesn't take up much space. Most importantly, it's fun and instead of making you tired, it gives you energy. I was born with hip dysplasia and I was a runner so my knees are worn out. I wasn't sure if I could rebound because every kind of exercise made my hip and knees worse. However, I've been able to enjoy rebounding every day since I received the JumpSport and that seems miraculous. Also, the rebounder arrives already assembled and you just put the legs on, which is easy. I also added the handlebar which I recommend. This is one of the best purchases I've ever made!

Update: 6.11.25 Apologies for not doing my update sooner! This is the best investment for my overall health/exercise journey! I have found after the 2nd month of 4-5 days a week minimum 15 minutes of rebounding has changed my body & mind, which may seem minor changes for someone else, they are actually huge for me! Yes, my legs are definitely getting stronger/firmer. My abs or better yet (not a 6 pack, but a keg, tmi menopause) I can feel my abs are strengthening! My endurance has improved as well along with my balance. I started by watching YouTube rebounding videos to work out with, to present knowing how to rebound properly, right pose, etc to making my own playlists to work out to on Spotify! My knee which was the concern for purchasing because it is a great low impact workout on the Jumpsort rebounder has greatly improved because of the strength & daily conditioning/work out. Let me preface this long review by sharing I’m not a medical or athletic professional, I’ve done my due diligence reading up on & looking at all the different rebounders available on the market over the past month & was on the fence between 2 brands & narrowing down which model having never rebounded before & reviews well, you really don’t know what to expect until you try it or buy it you just won’t know. MaryRuth of MaryRuths Organics posted a video on IG not to long ago she’s been rebounding for 20 years (for lymphatic & for low impact overall workout/Health) she usies the JumpSport 250. I went down the rabbit hole online & on Amazon from there on rebounders quality, value (price), weight & height for user, level of rebounding info for user & narrowed it between JumpSport vs. Bellicon. I narrowed my pick down to the following JumpSports 350Pro, 430 or the 570Pro or a build your own Bellicon (factoring in the same needs being height limitations I’m 5’9, my athletic ability (knee injury) & also factoring in if my husband whose 6’5 wanted to use it and is over 245lbs weight limitations.) NOT all rebounders are meant for everyone. Yes, Bellicon has great ratings & is supposed to be the top of the line for rebounders but I could not justify spending $1000 + on a rebounder & I didn’t want to buy a mediocre rebounder based off of being frugal, & not knowing if it was a worthy work out investment I might not like. The JumpSport is right up there in quality & performance, researching more online (PLEASE visit this site it is loaded with very useful information for anyone whose interested in rebounding as not all rebounders are created equal-“Earth & Owl” Blog/Webpage/Youtube videos) After reading the “Earth & Owl” blog/website page & watching videos I immediately pressed purchase in my Amazon cart for Jumpsort 350Pro. FYI: I ordered 2 days ago & it arrived today, the 350Pro is pre-semi assembled (bungies already on) all it took was adding the legs and assembling the handlebar (purchased separately from same seller and THIS handlebar was a much needed purchase!) I’m soooo glad I bought this seperately as well I needed it after jumping to a video off of YouTube! The 350Pro & Handle bar was easy to assemble. The JumpSport 350Pro Is a medium firmness on preset manufactures assembly. The bounce is smooth, & I feel secure on this JumpSport there isn’t any movement & the arched legs I know make a difference. This rebounder is SOLID! I set it up in our very tiny livingroom & after doing a workout on Youtube I needed to move out of center of room, taking the handlebar off was easy peasy, the functionality to use, move & store out of the way is fantastic! This is a solid piece & has some weight. I know this is a long winded review but hope it helps anyone who is struggling on what brand or type as I had struggled to narrow it down. I’ll update in 4 weeks for overall condition/wear as I plan to do a low impact health workout every day.

I received this trampoline about 2-3 weeks ago and I can't stay off of it! It's great fun and gives a great workout. It's definitely worth the extra $$ as it's very sturdy and well-made. I debated about the larger size but decided on the 39" which has turned out to be more than enough space to do different moves. I am 71 with a hip replacement and I find I can jump as hard and fast as I want to without any problem. I would say, though, that if you have knee problems you might want to proceed with caution and start slow as it does work the knees quite a bit. I don't have knee issues so haven't had any trouble there. I looked at youtube videos and found lots of trampoline workouts for any level of exercise you want to do and they're all just plain fun! If you're in the market for an exercise trampoline you just cannot go wrong with a JumpSport. I sent an email to the company to let them know how much I was enjoying using the trampoline and they sent an email back within 24 hours. I'm thinking if customer service was ever needed there wouldn't be a problem. Happy jumping!

JumpSport is easy to assemble, this rebounder is very well made, very stable, I love love love this rebounder, the bungee cords make it a gentle rebound, I have a hip and knee replacement and all I do is bounce gently 5 minutes twice a day and I feel great, energized, and my muscles worked out for the day, of course younger healthier people have the regular workout included with the rebounder, but I have been in 7 car accidents over my lifetime and there is not many workouts I am able to do that don't impact my joints but gentle rebounding is having amazing results for me, the safety bar is cool helps to keep your balance if your a beginner! I highly recommend JumpStart rebounder. Thank You for such an amazing product!

Its been one week on this and I am already feeling stronger, just rocking without lifting my feet off the mat! 2 minutes, each hour for 5 hours has allowed me to work up to 10 minutes each 2 hours to activate my energy! WOW oh Wow - Im shocked at the ease and simplicity of this device for great results, already! The only assembly was the feet and safety bar; very sturdy and beautiful. As a beginner at this, I'm looking forward to learning more how to make my body happier and healthier with this beautiful JumpSport Pro! Love the videos for seniors who have been sedentary for years. Tiny, smooth motions, starts my day now to keep me energized - its really astonishing to me how quickly my body has responded. JumpSport is well worth the price - it does live up to the hype! Do it!

After using the Ancheer model that I got from Amazon, I decided to upgrade to this model since many of the fitness guru's recommend this model. Wow! This is not only beautifully made with high quality materials (this is not light weight) but the bounce is super soft and buttery is the only way I can describe it. There is no noise at all and my favorite part is the arched legs, which are super sturdy and installed with an allen wrench (included) rather than screwing on like most other rebounders, and I'm not worried it's going to tip at all. This is not a foldable and comes fully assembled with the bungee's except for the legs (and bar if you get the bar) Which only takes a few minutes. The other great feature is the bands are adjustable if you prefer a stiffer bounce. I would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

Well worth the expense. I'm 69 and this is my first rebounder. I researched trying to find one that I would enjoy, not real expensive yet good enough that the quality would not provide anny excuse not to rebound. I had some lymp nodes removed due to breast cancer. Although lymphatic concerns were part of the reason I wanted a rebounder, balance and strength training were big motivations too. Assembly was quick and easy - a relief. It's so quiet that even being on the second floor, it's not heard below. And, it is stable. So stable that balance issues are solely caused by me - I always feel secure. I am grateful that I bought this one - I use it often, even if only for 5 minutes, I know it's benefiting me. My strength and balance have improved. The soreness under my left arm (left mastectomy) is improved. It's a win-win. Recommend without reservation.

I researched a lot of different rebounders, and I will tell you that the Jumpsport 350 Pro is well worth the money, for a few reasons: 1) It is super stable and sturdy so you never feel like it will tip. 2) It has adjustable bungees which most other rebounders do not. 3) Bungees instead of springs makes a huge difference on being more gentle on your joints, including your knees (using proper form also while jumping helps) 4) Bungees are quiet, you never hear any noise. It is important to also do your own research for your own needs, but this rebounder is one and done!!!!! I don't need to upgrade because I already did

I am obsessed with the JumpSport Pro rebounder! Very gentle on my joints and back. I love that I can adjust the cords for either softer or harder bound! I am looking to a bright healthy future!

I just got the JumpSport 350 Pro trampoline and I love it! Was very easy to assemble. Just needed to attach the legs, which took me about 10 min. I have 8” ceilings and when I stand on it and raise my hands I don’t actualy touch the ceiling. I’m 5”7’. The trampoline doesn’t make any noise at all, it is very sturdy, doesn’t move on the floor when I jump, and has enough mat space for different moves. The mat feels very good, it is made of a strong mesh, not slippery, very “bouncy”. Overall it feels like a good quality product. And it added a little bit of fun to my day already !

Easy to assemble and it feels very solid. It comes with a useful DVD, and there are other great instruction clips on the JumpSport website. However, UPS failed miserably again. I rearranged my schedule to be home for the email-advised Monday afternoon delivery, which never happened. Called UPS, who said they hadn't received the package. Same thing Tuesday, right up to the moment when the trampoline arrived at my door. Fortunately, I happened to be home to accept it. My favourite part was the email response to my question "Why send out an email with a delivery date when you don't have the package yet?" Answer- "It's an automated system that calculates the delivery date from the moment the shipping label is created. The system is run by an alien life form over which we have no control." I may have made that second sentence up. Please stop using this deeply flawed delivery service!

This is an incredibly well engineered product. You can trust the advertising on this rebounder. We love how quiet it is. Well worth the money!
