Good supplement
Buy these every month, I personally have to take more than instructed if want to use as laxative. But good way to stay regular. Would recommend.

Best overnight help
I sometimes suffer since getting on mounjaro and this 2 in 1 is the only thing that helps. I take 2 night before and go next morning every so often may need 3 but everyone is different. So greatful I dont need to take every day. They help when i feel very uncomfortable. They are easy to swallow and no horrible taste. They are small in comparison to other pills. I definitely recommend if you need it to help function regularly.
