The description has this as bosch tda3022gb with 2850w. but the picture shows an iron of 2800w. is the picture of a different / previous model?

Hi, All I can tell you is the model I received was a Bosch Sensixx'x DA30 Power IV 2850W (that's what it says on the side of the iron).

Does this iron have a beaker

No, it doesn’t have a beaker. I use a filter jag or a kettle to pour water into the iron. I didn’t have any problems with it. The iron is fine in many ways and to fill up with water is not a problem as well. Thank you. Regards, Tanya

Does this iron have any rubber/latex on the handle?

No it is the same material as the rest of the iron (save the hotplate).
