Water tastes good. Just wishes they used the glass bottles instead of the plastic ones. Bottles are always delivered intact.

You know how when you open up a cheap flimsy bottle of water and the cap is hard to twist so you squeeze the bottle to get a better grip and then the cap breaks loose and you squirt water all over yourself, and then when you drink it’s easy to squirt water into your own face and the plastic makes crackling sounds and collapses inward if you do more than a dainty sip and you cut your lip on the rough edges of the bottle and the tiny caps are easy to lose and hard to get back on as the threads are so easy to strip and you never want to reuse the bottle as it’s such garbage? That’s not this. Everything about Voss is easy and enjoyable. The water is really good. The bottles are fantastic. Big caps are easy to unscrew & replace. They spin on and off with ease. Sturdy smooth plastic. Guzzle as hard as you want, the bottle isn’t going to collapse. There is enough ‘give’ to the bottle so you can get a strong grip but you’re not going to smash it and blast yourself in the face with a geyser. You WANT to reuse these, as they are so good, and they are easy to refill from your fridge water spout or from the big blue water coolers. And let’s face it, they just look nice. Simple, elegant.

Just received this box today from UPS. Every single bottle had the safety seal broken, the seal did not even line up and bottles were very scratched up and dirty. It appears they were used and someone refilled them with tap water. I have posted images. I have ordered these from Voss twice before annd loved it. Now this time they are all undrinkable. Can’t return, what a complete waste of my money on this order.
