I have an athletic build and this fit perfectly. Just watch out if you have larger legs the shorts can get tight fast. Especially if your a gym bro that loves leg day like myself. Im right on that edge of being too tight

Returned after trying on shirt. The shirt material was terrible. It felt like I was wearing a plastic bag. Not breathable at all and I could feel the sweat starting just trying it on due to the material. Sent back immediately.
