Good quality masking tape. At 2" width I managed to paint the area without over spray or shielding paper at the edges. Good adhesion to the edges but removed easily. Good purchase.

Decent masking tape. It's the size it says, is not superbly sticky, but stays stuck to what you need it to. It doesn't lift off paint when you pull it off. It tears and cuts easily and is a long roll, so it'll last. I've used It for painting and for sticking pictures on the wall temporarily and it worked perfectly. Bosh.

The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that I use this tape to stick up Christmas cards and tinsel so that I do not mark walls or paintwork. It is not as sticky as some masking tape, so my cards keep falling down! However, when used as decorating tape to achieve straight lines, it is great

Good quality branded masking tape from a manufacturer that’s stood the test of time and been around since the 1920’s. The tape has good adhesion and doesn’t cause any damage or leave any residue providing a very sharp and clean painted edge on completion. I’ve tried a selection of different masking tape manufacturers over the last 6 months and this is the very best tape by far and is also the cheapest. The only problem I’ve had is due to the Amazon Logistics driver, who for whatever reason, forced the envelope containing the 2 rolls of tape through the letterbox distorting one of the rolls of tape rendering it useless.

Does the job fine, it's masking tape

This may work well for a painting job. But I had another use for it. The old type of masking tape was once tough and durable. It used to stick very well, allowing people to use it as a sticky tape. Definitely not the new version. Sorry.
