Excellent quality

The cartridges worked normally for several months after installation. Recently, my printer suddenly started showing Canon Support Code 7700 immediately when powering on. At first, I suspected the printer itself had failed. However, I began troubleshooting and isolated the issue to the black cartridge. Here is what I found: With the EaseFusion black cartridge installed, the printer immediately displays Support Code 7700 during startup. I removed the black cartridge, and the printer powered on normally and displayed a message/QR code indicating that the black ink cartridge was missing. I reinstalled the black cartridge, and the 7700 error immediately returned. The color cartridge does not cause this issue. Upon inspecting the black cartridge, I noticed the contact/strip area appears damaged. The bottom portion of the strip looks torn, there is ink residue present, and the top area appears to have dried/coalesced ink buildup. The cartridge appeared normal when originally installed, so this seems to have developed during use. I also noticed that your support information references Support Code 7700 as a known issue and recommends replacing the cartridge if troubleshooting does not resolve it. At this point, the evidence indicates the black cartridge is defective and causing the printer error. I would like to request a replacement black PG-260XL cartridge. I have provided photos of the cartridge

I was hesitant at first, but I’m glad I took the risk. The colors are bright, zero smudging, which is a plus. Can’t complain about the price.

So far so good. Much more affordable then the Cannon product. Print quality is great. Lest see how long it last
