If you are lactose intolerant - this is for you
Using centrum for almost 10 years now - was using Womenโs vitamin , then used Centrum Conception as well.Felt energetic , and fresh. Being a lactose intolerant , this vitamin is one of the best in the market . It is digested easily , with additional Omega 3 tablets.Loved this one โฆ

Great option, effective but tablets are quite large
I chose these vitamins in particular because I am dairy and gluten free, and this brand clearly states they are suitable, which gave me peace of mind.I really like that the two daily tablets come together in the same blister pouch. It makes it very convenient and helps me feel like I am properly supporting my body both before and during pregnancy.I actually started taking these before becoming pregnant and continued throughout. I noticed my hair and nails were really strong and healthy beforehand, and I do think these vitamins played a part alongside a balanced diet.The only downside for me is the size of the tablets. They are quite large and can be difficult to swallow, especially if you are someone who struggles with tablets. They are also not particularly pleasant tasting if they linger in your mouth a bit too long. Personally, I would prefer smaller tablets even if it meant taking more of them, but I have not found an alternative like that.The capsule has to be taken whole, and while the larger tablet can be split, it is quite hard to do by hand so you may need a pill splitter.Overall, a really good option if you have specific dietary requirements and want something reliable, just be aware of the tablet size.
