Must for subwoofers. True 2mm spec. High quality.
Let me start of by saying WOW! This made a huge difference in the SQ of my L7S pushing 930w rms. Before I had major rattles in my 2020 Honda Civic SI. Taking the time to do this to my trunk and Lid made me realize just how loud my subwoofer actually is. It literally eliminated the rattles throughout my whole car. I still plan on doing this to my doors and rear deck but once I upgrade the speakers. I still have half of the box just doing the trunk and lid so 1 box of 36sf will be enough for most of the areas that need to get done. You may need a little more overall. This is true 2mm spec. Very sticky and easy to apply. It just take time to finish the work correctly and roll it down. It is not as heavy as I thought it was going to be. The size of the sheets are perfect for what you need to do. The value is on point for the quality. It does not rip very easily but you can cut it to size without any problems. Again, This is a must buy for anyone who is pushing 1000w rms or more.

Product works for what it's designed for but I will say it is a lot messier than some of the other brands of sound deadening I've used! It sticks well but it seems to become a lot more soft and tacky in the heat compared to other brands! Great value if you're on a budget! It does have an odor kind of like a kind of asphalt tar smell but it goes away after a couple days. Decent quality for the price and the thickness is as advertised. Sticks on easy so installation is a breeze and it's easy to cut which is great!

Good stuff !
This is an excellent product. Easily moldable, cuttable with good scissors or razor knife, very sticky, works great. This pack was enough to do all 4 doors on a crew max truck, and I went wild on the fronts. I used 9 peices on each rear door which was just enough, and the rest on the fronts. I doubled up layers and even used some on the back of the door panels. If you follow the instructions and dont go wild you might even have extra left over. It works just like you would imagine. Without doing the entire cab there will still be road noise but this helped noise, better audio, no buzzing door panels, terrific improvement. It is kind of heavy, so extra weight is added to truck, but that really isnt a bad thing. It is noticable but in a good way. Get it. Use it.

Quality product you
Summary: Great quality product, priced right. Cuts and installs easy-follow the instructions people!! PRO TIP-you donโt need to cover every square inch. OVERKILL!! Think about it-when a bell rings you could put your fingers on the edge and silence it right? Same rules apply here. A strip or square will isolate the vibration and notice when placed correctlyโ knock on the surface and see what vibrates or what part makes the loudest drowning and thatโs a good clue of where you should put a piece of thisโฆunless youโre trying to use it for temperature insulation no need to go ape on it. If you look at the bottom of a stainless steel sink, itโs got a stripe or a small sticker of insulation that keeps it from rattling. You can do that here. Whatโs important to note is the instruction specifically say use a roller to roll the ribs out until itโs smooth that way youโve got maximum adhesion. I see a lot of pictures and videos from people that finished their install and didnโt follow this simple instruction. It makes sure that itโs stuck down before you put all your paneling and carpet back in and itโs a small step with a cheap wooden roller itโs easy. Iโll say the installation with this product is a breeze. You can use sharp scissors or a blade. It does get gummy after a while, and you may need to clean off your blade or your scissors, but it cuts very well and the ribs make it easy to size in space the thickness is fantastic and the backing paper comes off quite easily. Iโve done lots of installations with Graphics emblems you name it and this product is very easy to use and represents good value.

Cheap, Reliable Alternative
I started a small cargo van conversion over a year ago. This was one of the first things I purchased for that effort and I've gone through two full boxes so far. I've used it on almost the entire rear of the van with the exception of the two sliding side doors. The floor, walls, ceiling, and rear doors. It definitely deadens vibration and reduces noise slightly. However, I don't think my van has turned out any quieter at high speeds. Maybe I'm expecting too much. And to be fair, I haven't installed this anywhere in the cabin area, the front doors, or the engine firewall. In the back, I'm using it in conjunction with foil bubble wrap, foam insulation board, and fiber insulation. When combined with all of that, the impact on noise is significant. Of course, stand alone it is acceptable and eventually I will finish install on all other possible surfaces in my van. Price wise, this is unbeatable compared to the name brand, but I'm not sure how it compares on function. A professional audio tech could better review that.

Makes For Quiet Rides
Comparable quality and performance to name brand competitor. It sticks on strong, easy to apply, and does make a difference in sound reduction. Turn your hollow shell sounding vehicle panels into solid sounding walls.

Great product - Add foam product for complete solution
Used in two cars with speaker upgrades. Easy to install but get the roller for assured adhesion.removes "tinnyness" from large metal resonators. Use with foam absorptive material for a complete system.

Sound deadening for better Stereo sound.
I installed this product in the doors of my 2006 Mazda MX-5. Do they reduce road noise? Probably, but the reduction by just doing the vehicles' doors is minimal. BUT noise reduction was not my goal. Improving the radio performance and sound quality was my goal. The sound deadening instalation does change the sound. The aftermarket system is a Sony AX5600 head unit, door speaker are Kickers KS 5x8. Kicker HS8 subwoofer behind the passenger seat. The sound: The highs will be less tiny and maybe not as loud. The middle tones impoved in clarity and are easier to hear. The singers voice does sound better and more seperated from instuments. The bass distortion is less. The bass hits hard, but the low end rumble of the bass is reduced. Noise vibration from the door is greatly improved. I adjusted the subwoofer to address the loss of low end bass rumble. The overall sound quality did improve. Plan to have about two hours per door for installation. This includes disassembling the door, cleaning the door interior and installing the sound deadening material. There are videos on YouTube. Watch a video for tools needed and if you are up to the door disassembly process. I would do it again, because I have an ear for detail and quality sound. The second reason I'd do it again is it only costs me $30.00 and about 4 hours in the garage on a hot day. I used 10 square feet of sound deadening material for both doors (19 sheets) If your goals is to reduce road noise. My understanding is the wheel wells is where you should start. I don't have experience with this installation, but there are videos on YouTube. Good luck.
