The media could not be loaded. The AMZCHEF portable range hood is really useful. The suction power is strong, and it quickly removes cooking fumes, keeping the kitchen air much fresher. The three-speed adjustment is practical, and the noise level is low, so it doesn’t interfere with conversations or the cooking experience. Overall, the performance is great, and it’s easy to use. The only downside is the color—it’s a bit plain and not very eye-catching. If the design were more stylish, it would be even better. That said, it’s still a great buy with excellent value for money!

It works well but the disposable filter soils quickly. Over time this issue will be problematic. It is quiet and contains all smoke and minimizes food cooking smells.

I was looking to replace an old range that has a downdraft vent...turns out there aren't many made anymore, and the ones that are cost twice that of ranges without. I ordered this to see if I could get away with getting a range without a downdraft to save a couple thousand dollars, and was very pleasantly surprised at how strong this is. There are multiple settings and it pulls the smoke/oil away just as good (maybe better) as the draft built into the range. It's nice that it is portable and can be moved around to target the area where it's most needed as well. Would highly recommend.

I gave this product a try because I live in an RV and oftentimes my microwave that is also my vent is not sufficient when I'm cooking things that put off extra smoke and steam. When I use this however, it takes care of any extra smoke or steam very sufficiently. I even have an air purifier that tells me the exact levels of toxins that are in the air and when I use this it is next to nothing which is a big improvement from when I just use my microwave vent. It has two speed levels and a LED light that is helpful as well. If you're cooking in close quarters I would recommend giving this a try if you need to eliminate steam and smoke...

I bought it to help deal with the smoke we were getting from our indoor grill, and it does this surprisingly well. It does make some noise, but the noise level isn’t excessive. On the down side there are 2 problems which are the reasons I gave it only 3 stars. The first is the instruction manual which is written in pidgin English. A quick edit by an English speaker would fix this. The second is the charcoal filters which work really well but are super hard to get. For whatever reason, it seems to take this company 2 to 3 weeks to ship them and they apparently have no control over when they will actually ship. Fortunately 5 inch charcoal filters that I can get from a different company arrive the very next day and work perfectly well.
