You will need a relearn tool to get this to work.
You will need the Super EL50448 TPMS relearn tool. Depending on your vehicle, you will have to use a specific method for your vehicle to "wake up" the sensor for the sensor to relearn.

Direct part
Tpms were the exact parts I needed for my Explorer. They came pre programed which was a mayor plus.

315MHz TPMS Sensors - Seamless Fit for Lincoln Reliability
These replacement TPMS sensors have been a straightforward upgrade for my Lincoln, where I've dealt with finicky tire pressure monitoring systems in the past from years of owning similar vehicles. After having a shop install and program them—essential for proper integration with Ford/Lincoln tech—they synced up immediately and have provided accurate readings without any false alerts during daily commutes and longer highway drives over the last couple of months. As someone who's rotated tires seasonally and monitored pressures closely for safety and efficiency, I appreciate how these hold steady even in varying weather, matching the OEM performance I expect without the higher cost. They're a reliable choice for keeping your dashboard clear of warnings—if you're in a compatible Ford or Lincoln like mine, they're worth it for peace of mind on the road.

Turned off the warning light
Ordered these tpms sensors for my Explorer. I had the batteries die on two of my sensors and decided it was time to replace the sensors as I was tired of warning light. Using my own tpms programming tool I was able to add these sensors to my vehicle ahead of taking the vehicle to the tire shop. Several shops I talked to wouldn't do non-oem sensor as they could not guarantee the sensor would work with the vehicle's tpms system. I was able to convince a large box store to just install the sensors, I didn't need any programming, or the tires rebalanced (the company I bought the tires from included balancing and tire rotation). Since I had already captured the transmitter id for each of these sensors, once the sensors were in the tires I simply had to put the vehicle in tire learn mode (hit the hazard button twice rapidly) and use my cheap tpms learn tool to go to each tire and activate the sensor. These sensors synced to my vehicle and made the warning light turn off. Programming was very easy using the appropriate $200 tool. Overall, these sensor function exactly as expected.

Cheaper alternative to OEM
These TPMS sensors seem to be working as they should. I had two that were out in my car and these took care of my TPMS fault. For the price, they are worth a shot and will be a good value if they last as long as stock. They look like original, but I needed use a shop for installation as I don’t have the equipment. Looks like it would be an easy install if you did though.
