It's a simple soc.It's very supportive for my feet which has planta faciatis. I have been using it continuously for long hours of walking or standing on tiled surface.It has right left indication.Its very reliable.Initially I found it slight difficult is to know where exactly to wear it on the leg since it's stretchable material but after putting it a couple of times I began wearing it and adjusting it in a way that feels good for my feet. I wear it on a way that the mark comes in the top centre of my feet.Also I avoided it from getting wet in water because I'm not sure of the glue that holds the inside get together. Hope they make something waterproof in the future.There should have been some instructions manual either on paper or on the box, but there is nothing.Basically I like it.

Very very nice product!! Thank you so much. I have corn on my both legs . I am suffering from long time. No medicine cure my pain . At home l used wear socks or sometimes slippers. After that also ,l will have pain. Now this arch support is soothing, comfortable. I don't feel pain now. Again thanks alot

When you wear it with sandals or shoes then blisters / bubbles get created on surface of it.
