Not bad for 4hr depletion time. Cap = 12,000mAh
So far so good on power, like the size, and for the value, not bad when it is on sale. But when it is not on sale, it's kinda steep. I did do a battery test on it, it was fast to charge up since I use a 100W GAN outlet charger. It is easy to use, and very portable. Love the design versus a big lunky thing. The test I did with this was to fully charge to 100%, then use my tester to match the output of the Output 3 or USB-A settings and let it rip. Though the battery is rated at 20,000mAh, the actual capacity the user will get is 12,065mAh. It would be higher if the display was able to go off and not stay on 24/7 while depleting. Because I assume that takes some of the charge. Also, my little tester does take a bit more from the charge because it has it's own LCD screen, but I can control the voltage coming from the device. Took about 4-5 hrs to fully charge this thing, not bad. and 4 hours to fully deplete. You can see from the photos, about 1hr 35min in, it was from 100% down to 57%, very quick depletion, however took long time to get down to full depletion, at 4hrs 4min. And for those seeing Watts per hour.. there you go 60Wph, incase you are flying, that is Low for the travel. I plan on buying another one before my travel as a gift.

Solid power pack with Wh stated clearly on it for airline security compatibility
I bought this because I needed a power pack that definitely had the TSA Wh measurement printed on it (so many others don't) so no matter who I encountered in airplane security, it would be clear that my power pack was within legal limits. This is important if you're flying to a destination where you'll need to use that battery pack to trek with. Something to note is that "100W" doesn't mean "100Wh", which is the limit you have to stay at or under without getting special permission. So many other units are sold in terms of Watts, which is a descriptor of how much power they can deliver through those ports, not how much energy they can store (which is battery Volts x Amps x hours). Also, I wanted a power pack that showed how much battery was really left. I have purchased other packs with just a few LED dots that indicated power level, but these seemed to serve more as decoration or entertainment than as factual readings. This INIU power pack's digital capacity display definitely shows how much is left, and it seems to discharge linearly when loads being charged are actually drawing power continuously. It behaves like a power pack that is 67Wh in capacity (so many on the market have a rating that makes it possible for them to do that, but the batteries inside them don't actually have that capacity). This unit is smaller than an iPhone (about 3/4 of the length, slightly narrower, though twice as thick). It has solid construction and only one button (on/off); very nice. It is UNUSUALLY HEAVY, weighing 11.6oz on my lab scale. For comparison, a medium-sized iPhone pro weighs 8.5oz, making the power pack weigh 35% more than the phone. While I am buying this for trekking because of its size, dependability, and air travel compatibility, it is going to add a half pound to my pack (not suitable for backpacking, in my view). The power pack easily powered up an iPhone with the USB-C cable in a couple hours on the medium charge rate (there are three power ports to choose from), leaving room enough for about two more of those plus a headlamp charge. Again, ideal for trekking to stay in touch. I would recommend this power bank for trekking and certainly for air travel where you need to be certain that anyone could read the printed details on the back of the power pack, providing its real Wh and other characteristics. The unit does not get hot at all while charging.

Great warranty support!!
Outstanding Customer Support — This Is How a Warranty Should Work I purchased the INIU Laptop Power Bank in January 2026, and it worked great for several months. Unfortunately, it stopped charging in August. Since the power bank comes with a 3-year warranty, I contacted INIU customer support. Their response was outstanding. A special thank-you to Karlin, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process! They first provided clear troubleshooting instructions to see if the problem could be resolved. When those steps didn’t work, they immediately sent me instructions for returning the defective charger, along with a postage-paid return label. What really impressed me: just 24 hours after I dropped off the defective unit, I had a brand-new replacement charger. Products can occasionally fail—that happens with any manufacturer. What separates a great company from the rest is how it handles things when something goes wrong. INIU’s customer service and warranty support were exceptional: fast, easy, professional, and hassle-free. This level of customer support gives me confidence in buying INIU products again. Five stars!

great little powerbank
This power bank was exactly what I needed for my cross-country road trip. Since I spent several nights camping without access to power, I needed something that could actually handle a laptop, my other rechargeable devices, not just a phone. This unit performed beautifully. It charges my devices fast, holds a massive amount of juice, and stays relatively compact for how powerful it is. Highly reliable piece of travel gear. I love how it came with its own fast charging USB-C cord and all I had to carry with it was a multi-head charger cable. The heat that came off of it seems to be about average for a powerbank (I have own several). I had no problems with compatibility either since it charged a variety of different devices including my iPhone and Macbook Pro. The display was the only moot point for me. In straight daylight, it was hard to see the numbers, I had to bring it into the shade to see the numbers sometimes.

Super fast recharging
Excellent battery for playing Pokemon go. It powers my phone cooler and charges the phone at the same time. Many can’t do both at once. And the biggest pro is how fast it recharges. You can go eat lunch and easily get 50% charge back on while you eat. For 20k mah it’s light weight and super easy to fit in any bag.

Quality.
I put this power bank in my backpack at full charge almost an entire year ago and left it there unused. Fast forward to the present where I needed to use it. When I pulled it out, it showed a remarkable 65% battery remaining. After months of no use. That is EXCELLENT charge retention. It then proceeded to charge my phone, from 70% to full, in about 25 minutes, which is an incredible speed, while the power bank itself only used roughly 9% charge. Doing some math yielded that the power bank holds about 16,000 mAh, which is 80% of the advertised 20,000 mAh. This is a respectable difference, considering it sat unused for so long and I never bothered to measure the capacity when I first used it. Absolutely worth the money.

Decent, does the job, had better though
I’ve been a fan of INIU products for a couple years now, my first portable charger from them was purchased in 2020 and lasted me all the way until recently where it started to lose power quickly. Figured it was time to pick up a new charger and landed on this one. The name suggests it’s for laptops but it works for phones and other devices. First things first, its compact enough to fit in bags without causing much trouble and its TSA approved which was a huge plus for me. Comes with a small charging cable attached and has 3 ports. Nice simple display and is convenient. However I do feel like it does die relatively quickly, only enough for about 2 and a half charges before needing a charge of its own. My old INIU one could last an entire week with multiple full charges being done and would barely be at 30%. While I do think it’s a good product, I was just kinda surprised to see that my old one performed better and would only need a charge once a week while this one needs a charge pretty often.

Powerful, Compact, and Perfect for the Lenovo Legion Go
I've been really impressed with this power bank. The 20,000mAh capacity and 65W USB-C output are more than enough to keep my Lenovo Legion Go running while I'm on the go. Starting from 0%, I can get one full 0-100% charge, and it takes roughly 1 hour and 25 minutes to fully recharge the Legion Go, which is excellent for a portable battery of this size. The power bank itself feels well made, and the digital display makes it easy to see exactly how much battery is left. It's compact enough to throw in a backpack without taking up much room. One thing worth mentioning because I've seen a few reviews get it wrong the USB-C cable is included. It's cleverly hidden inside the carrying strap, so don't assume it's missing if you don't see it right away. Once you realize the strap doubles as the charging cable, it's actually a really smart design that means you always have a cable with you. Overall, this is a fantastic portable charger for phones, tablets, laptops, and especially handheld gaming devices like the Lenovo Legion Go. Great performance, thoughtful design, and an easy 5-star product.

Portable 20000mAh Power Bank sure to please just about anyone
Great external 200000mAh Power Bank / Portable Battery with netted carry pouch. Perfect for charging phones, tablets, laptops and other mobile devices that don't need to draw more than 65W. Have purchased several INIU Power Banks before both in the 10000mAh size and 20000mAh size. I, my family and friends are extremely happy with these units, and the actual numerical LED indicator on the front is perfect to know how much power you have left in your Power Bank. However, all my family and friends are using these primarily for recharging their mobile phones as they are heavy users in areas where you aren't always getting full coverage. There is absolutely no problem using these with a 65w laptop, as these were designed for common 65w laptops, but do ensure you buy a decent cable with your Power Bank purchase. I cannot stress that enough. Recharge with a 65W or 100W USB-C wall plug charger or higher Wattage multi-outlet charging station, using that same quality cable or buy two, one stays at home and the other stays with the battery pack. I am always trying to find suitable cables - only in the past few years, is the wattage capability clearly shown, and often only on the better-quality cables. This brand has not let me down either in the 100000mAh or 200000mAh size. Netted Pouch/Carrier is perfect for a carrying the battery and a short decent quality 50cm/.5m USB-C to USB-C 65W charging cable, is ideal for Mobile Phones, tablets and laptops, plus the huge array of USB-C devices on the market now. Charging a laptop with a client, often the extra length of a 1 metre cable gives you more options to get the battery out of your way, especially if you don't have time between clients. It comes with a small charge cable, but I don't recommend the supplied cable as suitable for extremely frequent use. *Note - for full 65W output, only one device drawing that much power can be plugged in at once - not all cables are the same, do your research and buy a decent brand with your power bank if you don't already have one. USB-A is also supported, but will not charge your phone or laptop as quick as USB-C to USB-C. I usually recommend this unit for any frequent or heavy usage of mobile devices, but there are higher wattage units are better suited for higher current draw or very frequent use of the full 65w, that being said, it is a laptop Power Bank and will charge a 65w laptop and will significantly extend the life of your 65w laptop if you are out and about. Careful Battery Optimisation of any laptop will help keep your laptop going all day, but you can rely on this unit if your laptop battery is low and you need a charge or recharge. Most people understand Power Banks by now and they aren't new, but their internals are getting better all the time, and while I am writing a general review, Pro users know what I am writing about. A lot of this review is for people who may be looking to purchase a first or second power bank and compare it against some of the more well-known brands. I'd strongly suggest an additional quality 100W USB-C to USB-C cable. Quality 100W USB-C cables can be had for pretty cheap prices, nylon woven covers on the USB-C cables tend to last longer, IMHO, than those that are covered in plastic coatings. Amazon has a great selection of brands and has specific Recommended Brands that they sell high quantities of. Do your own research, but don't cheap out on the cable. Look at how many Amazon has sold of a particular brand in the past month, that should tell you all you need to know. I haven't found a better Power Bank this price point, and I've bought more than a dozen over the past 5 years. Treat all Power Banks with care, do not leave in cars on hot days, and ensure adequate ventilation when recharging, most of all, don't drop or puncture it. Only bad things are likely to happen. The INIU Power Banks, like most brands have a plastic case, so a decent drop from a not a great height may compromise the internal integrity. The plastic netting carry pouch doesn't provide drop protection but will likely prevent day to day scratches on the screen and the outer shell. I suggest keeping your charge/recharge cable behind the Power Bank, in the supplied netted case, so it doesn't scratch the LED screen. Pack it in your laptop bag, you will barely notice the weight. If using primarily to keep your mobile phone alive, these are small enough to put in a back pocket, shirt pocket or handbag. If you look after this unit, and don't regularly drain it to zero, you should get around 1200 full charge cycles, and if you come home and you still have 80% capacity don't be tempted to keep it at 100% - Li-Ion and LiPo Power Banks are best suited to maintain a charge between 20-80% if you aren't using them. If you are regularly draining them past 10%, you probably won't get as many charge cycles as suggested on the specs. Make sure you buy *the right cable for the job* I tend to buy 100W Charging cables or even 240W cables now regardless, as 65W can be restrictive, but a 65W USB-C to USB-C cable is perfect for this unit, to charge most mobile devices or recharge this Power Bank, though I usually spend the little extra on a 100W cable, the Power Bank is intelligent enough to limit your current draw, but ensure your cable supports all the fast charging standards for mobile phones. All the decent brands tend to support fast charging of mobile phones etc. There are better suited options if you have higher mobile power bank requirements, though, however those models can be 2 or 2.5 times more expensive, so I prefer to recommend the INIU for people who are on the move and need it primarily for heavy mobile phone usage, but don't let my review put you off using this on a 65w laptop. Make sure you know the power consumption of your laptop, as 65w is common, some more powerful ones will require more wattage than this Power Bank can deliver. Check your laptop Power Supply first, and see what it says, or read the documentation from your laptop manufacturer. For the price, they are an excellent purchase. If you can find better unit for a similar price, contact me and please let me know! Highly Recommended!

Excelente producto.
