Product arrived really quick, packaging was great! Product was easy to install, quick connectivity, design and comfort is great! But as for functionality, after I installed them into my motorcycle helmet I noticed one of the speakers is very soft or muffled, it’s barely half as loud as the other speaker. My product is eligible for return/replaced by July 19. I opened the product July 4. It is now July 7. I cant seem to contact the seller directly, but I requested a return/replacement through amazon. It drives me nuts riding and only one side of my helmet has music and the other side sounds more like a faint echo, if even that. I tried adjusting my settings on spotify and youtube music to see if it was the platform I use to stream my music but that isn’t the case. After a couple of days that faint speaker actually cut out for 10 minutes while riding. It continued to cut in and out during use before I reached out to customer support. I would like someone from Syphon Sound to contact me asap about this problem. I would like a replacement, if not, then a refund would suffice. Either or, id like to resolve this issue instead of waiting around not enjoying the product as it is intended. Update as of July 30, 2025: I got in contact with Travis from Customer Support of Syphon Sound. He was VERY helpful and kept an open line for communication. He advised me to send my unit to them and either they will fix my unit and resend me the same one back OR they will send me a new unit. I sent my faulty unit to their address (at my expense) on the 15th and it got there on the 21st. They sent another unit out to me on the 22nd and I received my new unit on the 26th. I’ve reinstalled them into my helmet on the 28th. So far, this unit works so much better than the first one. Both speakers are equally loud and clear. We shall see how well they hold up through time. I hope this is a new unit as I dont know for sure, if they just fixed my old one and sent me the same one back. If this unit craps out in under 6 months then I will know for sure that these speakers are not built to last. I will just have to wait and see how well they hold up. I REALLY hope it WON’T be the case of Skull Candy Brand headphones that are built with great sound but doesn’t last after a while. I messaged Travis for a follow up asking what was the issue with the first unit but he only told me the tech noted it was faulty with no other details or info that could’ve caused it to crap out on me. I will come back to edit this review if something happens in the near future. But for now, I will change my two star review to a 5 star review. Only because they corrected the problem and was very prompt with communication and quick to send me a “replacement” only after they received my unit. Second Update as of December 28, 2025. Speakers are holding up well, still loud and crisp. I use it 5 of 7 days a week. I ride to and from work daily on my bike as it is my only transportation. Always listening to music while I ride has transformed my riding experience. It’s safe to say that these speakers are great and I am still a satisfied customer. They handle well in rain, shine, wind, and everything in between.

I ride ALoT I’ve used different types of ear buds / helmet speakers and these are by far the worst sounding crap!!! I can not believe the price of these. I was stuck using this crap in my helmet alllllll the way to Sturgis SD from new castle PA Yeah …. sUCK!!!!! Doesn’t cancel noise AT ALL The outside the helmet turn style function is the only freaking thing that’s nice… I didn’t believe the reviews I’m like it can’t be that bad.. No they ARE worse Don’t do it! You have been advised…

SoundPro was very easy to install in my helmet, it took 10-15 minutes to complete the install. I am using these for my snowmobile helmet and they are loud enough to drown out the noise from my loud 4-Stroke. The only time it’s not been loud enough is when I am going 75mph or more. At that point the wind noise starts to drown out the music. The controls are very easy to use while riding and the battery lasted over 6 hours in real temps of -13F.

These things sound amazing. Plenty of bass and clarity. My favorite feature is the volume and track switch. Super easy to find and use with gloves on. Just rotate it!

Easy to install and works way better than the sound system that came with the helmet.

If you like to listen to music or audio books while you ride, And you want it to sound good these are fantastic. I just rode 6k miles with them and the battery time was not exaggerated. They will run full blast for the full 10+, I recharged them before they ran out but I did hit at least 10 hours first. The phone call mic was fine if you are stopped and can open your face shield. Closed helmet sound like it’s in a can. These are for those of us that don’t need intercom. The price to quality was better than I expected. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the SoundPro. I would recommend using the ear cushions just the maximize the sound quality. Oh and I tested these at 95mph and listened to my audiobook without issue. I don’t typically have this much good to say about very many products but these earned it.

These did not fit into my Shoei helmet at all. The foam covers feel outdated—like something from the Walkman era—and could definitely use improvement. The included Velcro tape doesn’t hold very well either. While the sound quality is good, there needs to be a better way to secure them in place. They came loose while I was wearing them and started moving around inside the helmet, creating uncomfortable pressure points on my ears. They do sound good, so I may try them in my backup helmet to see if they work better there. Overall, I would have returned them, but since they’ve already been used, that’s not an option.

Bought these after my fodsports started messing up these are complete ass say them advertised like they were gonna be great not loud at all and the sound quality is awful very disappointing with a 200 dollar purchase dont waste your money!

Really happy to have music in my helmet now, I can hear my music pretty clear up to around 160km/hr. Connects quickly to my phone and was super easy to install.

I've had three Sena units but the Syphon SoundPro wins with better sound quality and volume.
