Great addition, great speeds!
I was rocking the PoE+ Hat for a while, running various containers on a Pi5 in my network closet, and have been really impressed with the little device... however, the longer I ran it the more and more concerned I got about the eventual inevitability of the SD card giving up the ghost. I didn't want to give up the PoE since it's super convenient to just plug in the raspi and go... so when I saw this I decided I'd take the leap. Super impressed. I used rpi-clone (had to make some symbolic links to map /dev/nvme0n1p1 to /dev/nvme0n11 and /dev/nvme0n1p2 to /dev/nvme0n12 to make it work) and everything else was pretty much a breeze. Once that was done and I modified the config as per the great instructions, I rebooted onto the NVMe and we're a go! The only downside is I can no longer use my Pi case with the 'open lid' as I could before... this hat is just too long for that. But no worries... I'll look for another case. This is working great. Performance is excellent with a Patriot P300 NVMe SSD; the drive negotiated at PCIe Gen 3 x1, showing 8GT/s link speed and x1 width. hdparm reported buffered disk reads of about 843 MB/s.

Muy funcional si quieres que tú Raspberry esté siempre encendida con PoE
Funciona a la primera. Solo tienes que tener cuidado con el Flex del pci, habilitar pcie gen 3 si tú Nvme es 3.0 y listo.

Excellent expansion for the raspberry Pi
Perfect fit and integration. This hat quickly expands the boot drive to a larger, faster, and more reliable NVMe SSD. The system boots much quicker than from an SD card. The PoE+ allows for reboots over LAN and greatly simplifies the cabling. I would happily buy this again for other units.

Bien
Funciona bien con un nvme verbatim 4 tb, aunque en la pi marca un msj de bajo voltaje
