Not noticed any difference yet, I mean I have not had any tests done or anything, hopefully these work and they really are 5000fu, I did abit of research after buying them and can see on Google that they had been tested at a third party lab and they aren't actually 5000fu they came in lower, but I don't know how true this is, giving 4 stars at the moment, until I have my cholesterol checked as I know what it is in the past. Time will tell if these really do lower it like statins..

I’ve only been taking this for a short time now and so far nothing much has changed for me except that today something happened that hasn’t happened in years, I woke up with a big erection. Seriously, this hasn’t happened since my heart attack 2 years ago when I lost all taste and smell. So I’m hoping that will start to return as well.

I've been advised that this could be the cause of triggering a recent series of gout flare-ups. So, if you suffer from gout you should be looking for products with the NSK-SD accreditation - more expensive, but pure enzyme and no risk of purines. If you don't, this product seems good enough and well priced.

I really didn't know what to expect, i was hopeful that it might make a little difference in my fatigue levels, boy was i wrong. I am 58 years old and last November I caught a nasty virus. I love hill walking, post virus after only a mile of walking i became extremely fatigued (I would normally manage 5 miles though) and would need upto a week to recover. Eventually I managed quite a long walk, at the end of this walk I was completely exhausted, my legs were aching and burning terribly The following morning they were even worse, it was hard to walk at all and I was slightly breathless. I took a nattokinase, just 1 at 10 a.m, by 5 p.m my legs felt completely OK apart from a little soreness in my calf muscles when walking up a small hill. I took the following day off from walking, the day after I climbed a hill without stopping once, I hadn't been able to climb this hill without stopping for over 10 years. The only thing I have changed is I had started taking nattokinase.

Early days with these but easy to swallow.

Started taking nattokinase in Japan in November. The capsule dosage there was double at 10,000FU, which gave me a 4 month kick start before using Hybrid Health once back home I guess. They do say you have to take Nattokinase for a good 4-5 months before you start to see any results, guess it takes a while to start breaking down all those deposits in your circulation system. My blood pressure is not as high as it used to be and I no longer get such a flushed face

only noticed when I had the package in had that "other ingredients" include maltodextrin, an exremely unhealthy additive hwich adversely affects the gut biome. Unfortunately I was not allowed to return this unopened package. Very disappointing!!!!!!!!!!! Will not order again, and will more carefully scrutinize ingredient labels.
