Top quality product. Has a slight cabbage aftertaste but this reflects the natural ingredients.

I forgot how much difference iron makes, finally I can go all day without coffee and falling asleep at lunchtime. I wanted something with natural source of iron, so this is perfect.

Been taking for 2 wks,nails seem tobe in better condition and grown quickly,not sure if coincidence??Will keep taking.has anyone else noticed this??

Too soon to know how good this product is. It’s quite expensive for only one months worth of supplement. Like the dark (black) bottle to retain freshness :)

Natural iron by a reputable brand that I have bought supplements from before. I really like wild nutrition, the owner, a therapist, put her recommendations into action to form her own supplements. This is natural food grown iron (from yeast), vit c and b2, and has been a good addition to my daily intake. The ingredients are clean and minimal. If it's not strong enough, maybe iron from yeast isn't effective enough for your needs. But I personally have noticed a subtle and positive improvement in overall well-being and energy. Less fatigue and not feeling so weak. The results aren't dramatic, but I can feel the gradual enhancement, which means I'm confident in its benefits, especially with consistent use. Good quality ingredients and I haven't experienced any side effects. The supplements are easy to take and I will be repurchasing to keep momentum and consistency.

As I am not a doctor I can't comment on the effectiveness of these supplements. What I will describe is how they are to use. The directions on the bottle read: "1 capsule per day, morning or night. Can be taken with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended intake." The glass bottle I received contained 30 capsules with a use by date of 01/2027, so there is plenty of time to use these supplements. The bottle itself had a peel off paper seal under the metal cap, so I can be assured that the supplements are fresh when I open it. The capsules are thin and transparent, so I can see the powder formulation inside them. They measure around 1.7cm x 0.6cm, so are small and slim, and easy to swallow with water. I couldn't detect any odour or flavour to them. Looking at the back of the box that the bottles comes in, I see that the capsules appear to be made of vegetable cellulose, and the other ingredients are nutrient-enhanced yeast and citrus pulp. The box also notes that the capsules may contain heat-treated brown rice powder. I'm comfortable taking all of those ingredients. I am happy with this order.

Being both anemic and being unable to take many iron supplements due to adverse reactions the opportunity to try WILD NUTRITION’s Food-Grown® Iron Plus was good because it offered a gentle yet powerful solution for iron deficiency. The price is certainly in the same area as many iron supplements and fair for the volume and quality of ingredients. I am always nervous to start Iron supplements as usually soon I start having serious stomach cramps but the first couple of days while I could feel the usual rumbelling I never did move into more painful reactions. I noticed quite quickly an improvement in my energy levels and mental clarity nothing huge but tangible. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I have not experienced any digestive discomfort, past those grumbles on the first couple of days. If you’re someone who struggles with low iron levels or simply wants a gentle, effective supplement to support energy and cognitive function, this is an excellent choice.
