Impressive!
I looked for a long time for just the right electric fireplace for our project. This was turned out even better than I hoped!We had a problem with shipping - the whole front glass was shattered. I contacted the seller and they were very quick to answer and eager to fix the problem. They sent a new unit right away.As far as fake flames go, I love the look of these! It is very calming. The kids love changing the colors, but I enjoy the realistic reds and oranges.Install was easy, the glass top slides right back onto the front after the casing is installed for a seamless look.I was very impressed with the heat output as well! And it runs so quietly you can hardly tell it's on.We have no complaints! It was a great choice.

Great fireplace for a great price!
I have purchased several electric fireplaces from Amazon over the years, and this is one of the nicer ones I have found. Great price, love that you can set the brightness, and we actually kept the log base instead of doing the crystals and it looks great! Heating element is nice as well, with a high and low setting. Flame looks good - runs quiet.

Relaxing and romantic
I like the thiness and the glass doesn't get hot which is safe for my grandchildren. The heat is good and the multiple different colors that you can change the flames and the stones. Relaxing feeling!

High Quality
This is a high quality piece for the price. There is no way I was paying name brand prices for my media wall. I laid all the stone and built the entire thing from the ground up for less than some of these fireplaces cost. This fireplace works awesome and fits the budget! I've recommended it to several people and they love it as well! If I had one critique, its that the power cord comes out the side which makes it so you have to notch your framing but not that serious.

Amazing all the way around!
The fireplace is beautiful! I love all of the different design options that it provides. It really allows you to be able to make it work with any space. It’s very easy to change out the options and to operate. Love that it has a remote control as some of the other options that I was looking at did not. Most importantly, this company has AMAZING customer service! I had a little hiccup and their customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient in resolving the issue. It seems it’s rare to experience customer service like theirs nowadays. They truly value their customers.
