I bought this Bebird R37R ear cleaner a couple of weeks ago, and honestly, it’s one of the best things I've purchased recently! ​First off, the connectivity is flawless. The app paired with my phone instantly, and the video feed is super smooth with zero lag. Speaking of the camera, the effectiveness is just amazing. The picture is incredibly clear, which makes navigating the ear canal so much easier and safer. You can actually see exactly what you’re doing, and the flexible scoops get the job done gently. ​It feels really premium and solid in hand, so I have no doubts about its durability—the storage case keeps everything super organized and clean. This is my second Bebird device and it is way better than the first one. I have tried no name brands and they tend to have terrible apps. This one is great. It does take a little while to pair for the first time, but after that 1st time it's fairly quick. There are photo and video options and you can flip the view depending on which ear. The photo and video aren't super crisp, but it's enough to get the job done. I my right ear was feeling full and muffled and it was clearl why after I looked in it with this camera. This helped me remove the wax and I was able to hear clearly again. It has a bunch of attachments, my favorite is the silicone cover to turn the device into an otoscope. It makes it SO much more comfortable, my son who has sensory issues didn't complain at all. My second favorite accessory is the tweezrs. They would have been a huge help when My son got a googly eye stuck up his nostril! As far as the other little tools I like the clear scoops best, but they are extremely easy to misplace. My main complaint is very small, but I do wish the case was a tiny bit bigger to hold the silicone covers, I have already lost it twice. I don't see myself using the tounge depressor, so maybe remove that and make the case a little bigger so it can gold ALL the accessories, then this would be absolutely perfect.

Absolutely Brilliant !!! Son had sore blocked ear, went to doctor twice -1st water drainage to clear wax buildup - week later 2nd visit infection antibiotic ear drops - day 3 of antibiotics no improvement - received the bebird Ear Cleaner - well no wonder the antibiotics not working - the build up was still present in the ear and not allowing the antibiotic to penetrate where needed - cleaned ear - antibiotics doing their job- don't be fooled by the doctor visits - check yourself

OMG I really love this product. Made cleaning my kids ears way easier. The lights really helped me see the target area and the fact that kids can see what is in their ear & the dirt in their ear made them way more cooperative. I stumbled a bit re connecting the app and device. But managed to do so easily by going to my phone wifi menu and add the device to the wifi via the wifi menu. Definitely would recommend this product.
