I was very skeptical this was going to work and even more skeptical it was going to be worth paying a little more for a WiFi version of a pool timer when my original mechanical timer broke. It's only been a couple days but I am very impressed and wish I would have done it years ago. It was so easy to install and connected to my wifi on the first attempt and has stayed connected without any issues. I was concerned the connection might not work well being outside and having occasion connection issues in the house. The connection is solid. My router is on the second floor in middle of my house and I installed this on an outside wall a few feet off the ground. You can press a button in the outside box to turn pump on or off which is the extend of what you can in the box itself without the app. Heres what I love about this. with the App you can set multiple timers if you want which many timer can do so not to big of a deal. You can also manually turn the pump on and off with the app outside of set timers and see the status of whether the pump is on or off. So I add liquid chlorine in the evening after the timer has shut the pump off. I used to have to manually turn the pump on and off when I did this. A set timer doesn't work good because I do it at different times and really only want to run for a short time to mix the chemicals, which brings me to what I like the most. There is a countdown timer that turns the pump on if its off or off it its on when you set it. So when adding chemical I turn the pump on in the app, then start a countdown timer for 30 minutes and done. You should also run the pump anytime people are swimming. If its outside the normal run time, you can either turn it on and off when you're done or set a countdown timer guessing how long you'll be using the pool. I really like the ability to control my pump from where I'm sitting and not needing to go to the pump. I like being able to look in the app and see if the pump is running. An I really like all the timer options. Definitely worth the price.

I was able to get the WiFi to connect once took this one out and replaced with a different brand. Would have returned it but one of the techs had already thrown out the box. Well maybe next time I can use it when I go fishing.

I can control my pool pump from my mother's house in a different state. I love the ease of use, convenience, data available on line and the cost was much lower than the old mechanical timers that I'm so glad is gone gone gone.

Easy install and the original Dewenwils app works great. If you use multiple units make sure to get same model type as they have a timer model and a smart home model and they use different apps, the latter can't have a nearby 5G network transmitting but their responsive support was great and I ended up replacing the 2nd 240v unit smart home device with the timer unit and now both 120v and 240v units are controlled by the same app.

So far so good. Easy to set up and good remote control for my pool pump. App is good too. Would recommend.

After 2 months of what seemed like a great product the override button stopped working when I went to clean and backwash. After turning the the breaker off for sometime, the override button started to work again, seemed all good, Another 2 months now it has no power at all, yes I checked the breaker, and the power to the timer, once again good,still no power indicator light, tried turning off the breaker for awhile still nothing. Not sure how I feel now this timer..

Llego con la antena rota, no tube problemas con la devolución sin embargo si me retraso el trabajo ya que tube que volver a pedirlo
