I have been using Dove for over 20 years and it is my absolute favorite! Light clean scent. There is no harsh after effects of this soap. I have noticed that with other soaps my more lets say intimate areas become irritated. I'm not sure if that has to do with added fragrances or something in the soap. Dove leaves your skin soft and refreshed and you know you are getting a good and gentle clean.Keep an eye out for coupons. My mother is the person who advised me to buy Dove soap and I am so glad that she did. Dove is great for any skin type and after using soap that leaves my skin feeling like sandpaper Dove is the king of clean in my book. The smell is awesome but not overpowering and really love the way it leaves my skin feeling after a bath is soft, smooth, and very moisturized.

I just had a friend gently say to me, "You don't have any wrinkles, I hate you." I've used only Dove since I was about 10 years old. I am 65 years old. I do have the additional lucky factor of having had relatively oily skin for most of my life; but it is still very clear to me how much more gentle Dove soap is than any other, when I'm caught somewhere while traveling without access to my Dove soap, and I have to use whatever is at hand. When that happens, it feels as though my face is going to crack into pieces and crumble off. Dove soap, on the other hand, cleans VERY THOROUGHLY but VERY GENTLY. With my oilier skin, I wash twice: the first time, to clean off the day's dust and any makeup; the second time for a deep squeeky-clean, but deliciously smooth.

I purchased this as a part of my Prime Pantry order. I've have been a Dove user since I was little girl. Dove has always been a household name. Now as an adult this is still a part of my daily life. I have tried other brands of body soap before and nothing has left my skin as smooth and hydrated as a Dove product. Well worth it, your body is your temple right?

Why would you use any other soap when you can use Dove!?! First of all you don't end up smelling like a man who has never actually smelled a "spring" in his life. Second, you don't have to deal with that weird squeaky feeling and sound when it rinses off. I don't know about you but that squeak has always made me uncomfortable. Third, this is the only soap my gynecologist recommends for you 'personal areas'.

Doesnt dry your skin out like normal soaps

Best soap ever! No stupid scents or colors only great soap. It has been my go to for nearly twenty years. I went to this brand on recomendation of my dermatologist and have never gone back to any other brand.
