TRAININGMASK Elevation 2.0 - Resistance Training Mask®

I have used a few different masks for training over the past two years. This one is by far the best. The fit is snug and ensures a true o2 deprivation during training.

It does put a lot of pressure on the bridge of my nose. After a while of wearing it I get used to it and forget about it, so it’s not too bad. If you have a beard, be aware there’s limitations with this mask! I have to essentially block all airflow to the mask to get a really strong negative lung pressure. It ends up working pretty well, but I imagine it works better without a beard. Only real complaint I have is that it doesn’t really strap great behind the head and it ends up pulling on my ears. Makes it tough to wear ear buds. But all in all, it’s doing the exact job I need it to do, so I’m still using it constantly!

Single worst experience I’ve ever had at the gym, mask worked as advertised and my lungs might need some additional strengthening.

Holy mother of breathing. If you want to know what kind of hallucinations can be brought on by running with one of these on your face?? Absolutely buy one! Theyre so restrictive its like being tortured until you spill your secrets! Pretty sure im writing this with my mind! Anyone else seeing different coloured letters?

I got the medium which is supposed to be for people up to 250 pounds. I’m far from that and it didn’t come close to fitting around my head. Also, I had no idea which way to turn the valves. Airflow seemed the same regardless of setting.

No es nada comoda, pero funciona bien, hice tres series de tres minutos para probarla mientras caminaba y me gusto, ajustar la altura es fácil, pero ya que pusiste la tapa de la altura seleccionada no se puede cambiar a menos que te quites la mascara y cambies la altura. Compraria de nuevo.

I've bought this mask 3x now. The first time, it was missing pieces, the second time the wrong size was sent, and the third time the mask arrived used. I could smell a strange odour through the packaging. The last two times, the box came in a plastic seal. This one did not. I opened the box, and the mask and parts were not in plastic-sealed bags, as previously. There was debris inside the nose cup and what appeared to be stains around the valves on the outside. I've been trying to buy this mask for months, but every time, I'm left extremely disappointed. Do not recommend.

Konnte nicht probieren, ab das Atemsystem richtig funktioniert, es scheint mir aber zu kompliziert. Die Maske war viel zu klein, obwohl ich mich an die Vorgaben des Herstellers gehalten habe.

It works OK not a fan of the fabric. It does give me a much better workout. It does, however really work well with breathing.
