ShaktiMat Acupressure Mat for Tension Release, Premium Level 1 Black

Im a great believer in acupuncture and massage so decided to give this acupressure mat a go. I wanted to be able to have something at home and also to get a good one so decided to go for a Shakti after doing my research. I love their ethos and I started in the level one, the first step for beginners. At first it can be quite painful. I couldn’t cope with the pain during my first try so I wore a thin layer of clothing, gradually reducing it until I could manage the discomfort. It was uncomfortable initially but the feeling after using it is worth it! It eases tension and pain by encourages blood flow to the area. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and so far it has definitely improved my sleep. Im all for alternative wellness wherever possible and now use it in my daily routine before bedtime. The mat comes with instructions and if you download their app it gives you short videos on how to get the best out of your mat and a great product guarantee! I’d definitely give it a go if you want to try alternative therapy.

First time trying this was a little sore but boy does it help. I use it post exercise to relieve lower back pain and tension. I use it for 20 minutes. I can definitely notice the difference afterwards. If you’re unsure, it’s definitely worth trying.

Wow, the booklet says it will be a shock and to persevere for the first 10 mins and it was right! The trapped nerve in my shoulder blade reduced by about 70% after just 2 sessions

Helping with sleep

I have had a couple of cheaper mats in the past that didn't last . When I bought this and received it the quality is well worth the money the mat has a heavy feel to it the spikes aren't glued on so will not fall of like others I've had. I went for the level 3 intensity as I've used them before wow you can tell the difference and dose take time to get use to it if you haven't used them before but is well worth the effort as the mat relaxes you so much. It even has information in the box about how to look after the mat and on the people who make it you even get a thank you card of the person who made it mine was made by Meena which I think is a nice personal touch to the product one again thank you to the people who make these amazing mats.

最初だけ我慢すれば痛みは意外と平気です。15分程寝てみましたが、背中が真っ赤になり血行がよくなりました！その反面、物理じんましんが出て二の腕、お腹がめちゃくちゃ痒くなってしまいました。痒みで安眠どころの騒ぎではないです…。 体質によっては合わないと思うので、蕁麻疹体質の方は注意しましょう。 うちの夫はなかなか良いと言っていました。

レベル3と斗ふ私… 寝転んだ最初の1〜3分までは、 痛みを感じますが、徐々に痛みが体に馴染んでいきます。 使用後の“解放”を味わいましょう。

Amazing! My whole life I have had horrible knots and rock hard bands of tension in my neck and shoulders - the only thing that has given extensive relief (outside of temporary use of narcotics) is trigger-point therapy. For those unfamiliar, the therapist stabs inside of the muscle knots (trigger points) well under the skin, with thin needles. This is *NOT* the same thing as acupuncture, which barely pierces the skin and does nothing for me. My insurance coverage has run out for these trigger sessions, and this is the next best thing. I jumped straight to level 3, since I'm used to intense pain during my sessions, and it was perfect. Most should start out at level 1 or at least 2, as it will hurt more than you may realize. It's worth it though. The mat is high quality, and feels sturdy.
