It's a peppermint oil based gel that really quiets coughs. The honey lemon is also good. Most others are just over-glorified hard candy. Cough drops that actually work!
I love these because they stopped my stubborn cough and also clear my sinuses so I can breath. The honey lemon shell is very good and helps calm the urge to cough and the menthol center is where the real magic is at. I used to develop a dry cough every winter that would last for at least two months. I've tried prescription cough syrups, over the counter treatments, and natural teas and essential oils but nothing gave me lasting relief until I discovered these drops. I've been using them for three years and I keep a bag at home and at work.Also, I'm allergic to artificial dyes and artificial sweeteners.
