Our little lady is 13 years old (in human age) , recently she developed a constant cough. We took her to the Veterinary, the veterinary did some tests on her and found that she has a congestive heart failure (CHF) and is -Diagnosed with Mitral valve disease. The veterinary prescribed medications for her condition. I decided to do a little research on Google about natural medicines for her heart disease and found out that this turmeric tablets can help her with inflammation in her body we started giving her the turmeric tablets, but she didn’t want them. So we started to crush them and hide them in a slice of turkey cold cut or a piece of chicken or in her boiled egg and she eats it without any issues. Ever since we started giving the turmeric tablets she’s been feeling a bit better and her cough has diminished a little bit which is good. We also give her other natural supplements for her heart health and they all are helping her feel better. Our little lady’s heart condition will always be with her unfortunately because she’s a senior little lady and at that age there’s no cure for her heart condition. But at least the turmeric tablets and the natural supplements for her heart health are all helping her at least live three more years. The turmeric tablets are a bit hard so we crush them. No side effects since we only give her one a day. They are suitable for dogs specifically for senior dogs. Before I purchased the turmeric tablets for dogs and the heart health supplements I did some research about them and asked questions about them to find out if the turmeric and the heart supplements were good and effective for our little lady’s heart health issues. It’s best to do research before buying natural supplements specially when the dog is also taking prescription medications for a heart condition.

I bought these as a daily supplement for my dog with the goal of supporting his joints over the long term. Since starting them in July 2025, I have not noticed any dramatic changes either positive or negative, but he does like them and takes them without a problem. My vet has said supplements like this can be helpful over time, which is why I have continued using them. I’m giving four stars because I cannot point to a clear visible result yet, but as an easy daily supplement with no issues so far, they have been fine.

Great stuff - it really saved the day for our 14-year old Chihuahua mix. She got so she was barely moving around and obviously in pain all the time. I bought a pill crusher from a pharmacy and every morning I crush one pill and mix it with a little wet food and warm water. Within a couple of days she started moving around more, and seemed to be in a lot less pain. Now, after a few weeks, she's moving a lot easier, and makes the occasional stab at chasing a motorcycle once in a while! I heartily recommend this for arthritic dogs. (*Note: Do yourself a favor and buy a pill crusher. Don't try to use a hammer and a plastic bag like I did at first. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation).

Surprisingly, my do enjoys eating them. It was ordered as a supplement for arthritic discomfort. Paired with a supplement for joint support, my dog seems to feel a lot happier. Perfect solution? No. But still very helpful.
