Great customer service. Love the bike cover with reflective cover. Zipper had failed and they replaced promptly.

Do not buy this cover. 30 minutes into the drive, the zippers came open and one buckle came undone. We found this to be the case every time we stopped. 5 hours into the drive, the part that covered the hitch was separating from the rest of the cover and the one buckle broke. After 12 hours, one of the zippers broke. We had to throw it away after one 12 hour drive.

The bike cover fits over my 2 e-bikes pretty good. Either 6 straps it can be securely tightened down. Unfortunately it came with one strap broken. I emailed them and got an immediate reply. We worked out a solution and am very happy with their customer service. PS - We are using the cover on our trip across country (bikes on back of rv). it is holding up very well.

This was the biggest piece of junk and one of the worst products I’ve ever bought from Amazon. The zippers literally both broke the first trip we took with the bike cover on the bike. the video instructions were nothing like the product. The product fell apart, the first hundred miles of our trip. A total waste of time and money. We had to stop at least three times to readjust it as the straps did not work. The third time we were ready to throw it out. Don’t waste your time. Do not buy this. It was a waste of money. It didn’t even deserve one star that was one star too many for this disappointing experience with this product.

It took me a long time to find this cover. Lots of reviews said that because air flow got "inside" or under the cover, it caused movement underneath so caused the cover to rub against handles, etc and caused damage, so I am anxious. This one has a zipper underneath. We bought the one for 2 bikes. (I think they make the ordering for 1,2, 3 bikes confusing). We put it on and it fits well over both of our electric bikes--not too much extra to flap around, and not tight. It then zips on each "end" down over the tires and under. Fit good. Obviously to zip underneath, you do need to lay on the ground to do this. It isn't impossible, but for the 1st time to get all the straps adjusted to "your" personal bicycles adjusted. We assume the 2nd time will go much faster, but it took about 45 minutes as we needed to figure out how it fit. There are straps that are across the front & back to tighten and long straps from the top down around the front & back to again tighten. I did note on 1 comment to be sure your back lights can be seen around your bikes, so pay attention to that. Ours were okay on a Toyota Highlander. I will say that the material looks to be decent! It's not thin and flimsy and yet it's not too heavy and difficult to hold up. Seems to be the right weight/strength. I've seen other covers on reviews that look decent, but going 75 mph down the highway and they don't hold up, so hoping this one is quality and actually tested for Quality Control. We have NOT driven on the highway yet. We had to be somewhere that day, so we just got it ready basically.

Fit perfect for two EBikes. Easy to put on and take off. Secure with zippers on bottom. Keeps bike clean and dry.

I use this cover on 2 trips, and in the second one, coming back from Washington DC to Florida, one of the side zippers got open. I tried to fixit and didnt work. I used for the 3rd time the past holiday (May) and had to use zippy tights and straps to cover the bikes. I decided to contact the vendor over Amazon, and had no reply at all nor a solution, or offer a fix to it. Unfortunately, I wont recommend this product, didnt fulfill my expectations. Lesson learned, dont buy any cover with zippers, plus to zip all around the bottom part is a pain, you have to lay on the floor to been able to zip all around. I did order as i am typing, another one that seems to be more usefull with elastic on the bottom and easier way to lock the cover., and....much less expensive. Sorry IC Clover.

The cover works very well to protect the bikes from the elements. Install is fairly straightforward and the fabric feels durable. When driving with the cover installed I've noticed that it's making a lot of noise in the wind - this might be specific to how the air flows around our minivan, but after one leg of our trip we decided to take it off and only use it when parked overnight and at the campsite. For this, the cover worked great, keeping everything dry and concealed. If you do decide to drive with the cover on your rear rack you'll definitely appreciate the reflective strips on the back. Takes a bit of fidgeting to position them correctly, but they are really visible.

The quality of this bike cover is insane, super thick, tough material that feels like it’ll last a long time. I don’t use my bike in the winter but I’m sure it would hold up well! It easily fits two bikes, but it’s definitely a two-person job. Doing it by myself would have taken a crazy amount of time. Folding it back into the bag takes way more effort than unfolding it (expect a solid 20 minutes and forget the neat way of doing it it won’t work). I’ll probably just wrap the buckles around it next time and store it in a cylinder shape like a camping tent. The included microfiber cloth and little storage bag are a nice bonus.
