Viva Doria Allulose Sweetener, 12 Oz (340g)

I started using this allulose mainly for my coffee and baking, and it’s been a pretty easy swap for regular sugar. It dissolves well in hot drinks and doesn’t leave any weird aftertaste, which I was worried about at first.In baking, it behaves more like sugar than some other substitutes I’ve tried, especially in lighter recipes. The sweetness feels natural, not too intense.It is a bit less sweet than regular sugar, so I sometimes need a little more than expected. Overall, it’s a solid option if you want a low calorie sweetener that still feels close to real sugar.

Wonderful sweetener. Great in tea and coffee and especially baking. Light and smooth tasting. Has gotten me off of brown and white sugars. Love it!

makes coffee bitter. i use it with a little agave to compensate

Not as sweet as other sugar substitutes, so takes a little more.

I bought Allulose Sweetener expecting a clean 1:1 sugar replacement, but it was a total disappointment—it’s barely sweet at all. I had to use three times the amount just to get a hint of sweetness in my morning coffee, making it a waste of money.Stevia brands, particularly Dulce Caña, are vastly superior. Dulce Caña provides a strong, satisfying sweetness with just a small amount, making it far more effective and economical. Stick with Stevia if you actually want your food and drinks to taste sweet.

This product is expensive and you must use large amounts in order to taste some sweetness.
