First things first. Before I ordered the soap, I took it upon myself to do a little research. I've read every single review and piece of information that I could find. About the company and the bar of soap. One thing's for sure, I paid close attention to the negative reviews. So, this review is strictly based on my experience. Okay, the soap cost $12.00. Therefore I did not want to be wasteful with it. When it arrived, I opened the box and I thought "Wow" this is a very large bar of soap! One lady said that she sliced her bar into three equal sized blocks. That was an awesome idea! So much so that once I did that, the blocks were still fairly thick! After staring at them for a few minutes, I sliced each one of those through the side. The same way you would slice a loaf of bread. Now, this gave me "Six" nicely sized and easy to handle bars of soap! I put the other "5" back in the box and put it away. The scent was different because I've never smelled a bar of soap with these ingredients. But okay, this is what Tumeric and Clove smells like together. Fine. It was said that the cloves would far off the bar and clog the drain. To avoid this, I'd just remove the clove before it fell off the bar! The next complaint was that the bar became smushy. After I was done with the bar, I stored it in a nice, neat covered soap dish! Therefore, mine never got smushy! I used my first bar twice a day, making sure it was dry and the soap dish was dry before putting the cover on it! After using it twice a day for 7 days, my skin was truly beginning to brighten up! My husband noticed first! I needed something to help dry up my pimples on my face. Within a couple of days, the soap did just that! I was amazed! Then I began to notice the dark spots it had here and there lighten up! And during this time, my skin never felt overly dry. Just nice and soft. One lady said consistancy is the key. She was absolutely right! After each use, because I'm African-American I like to use a little Ambi before I go outside during the day and before I go to bed. I got my bar one week before Christmas. Today is 1-15-2021, i just finished my first bar!!! Tonight I pulled out another slice. I still have "4" slices left! My experience with this soap has been nothing short of amazing! Care for your bar and consistancy is the key!!! Thank you!

Great soap, lathers well & leaves you feeling clean, but smell is much stronger of spearmint than it of eucalyptus. Should be called spearmint with eucalyptus. Nice smell, but I was looking for more of a eucalyptus smell.

I can't rave enough about this, but I will attempt to keep this as short as I can. A couple of years ago I started struggling with a hormonal acne, I recently started a prescription that has definitely helped with the cystic/hormonal acne but I was still sometimes getting other pimples on the surface so I knew I needed something different. I also was experiencing some scarring from the cystic acne so I was really starting to get frustrated. I bought this for my body initially but I thought I might as well try it on my face too because I've heard turmeric soap helps with dark spots and scarring. It only took about 3 days for me to see and feel a noticable difference in the clearness of my skin and I can't tell you if the dark spots are going a way, but I feel like that is something I'll find out after long term use. It's been about a month and so far my skin has been almost 100% clear. I wish I would have tried this sooner, would have saved me a lot of stress and money that I spent on face wash and serums and all the other stuff I tried.

I don’t like the fact that the photo is quite deceptive and the turmeric soap isn’t actually the color of turmeric; more of a brown color. that’s legit, The only reason I gave it three stars because of the color. However, it smells amazing and I can’t wait to use it because the results from other people‘s reviews seem to be legit for anyone who uses it and says "oh my gosh, my skin is breaking out" that’s kind of the purpose...that’s usually what happens in the first 30 days when you introduce your skin to something new. it’s gonna take time for your face to adjust so acne during that time is inevitable unless you just have really blessed skin.

I'm very picky but I love this oatmeal soap.I have very sensitive skin but love the smell and moisture.
