Its bledie lekker, and easy on your teeth
I ordered then immediately reordered as I ate the whole bag in one day. Yes, I've been starved of this kind of product... I so don't care for beef sticks and American jerky... in my mind meat shouldn't taste like candy (So nasty) and this is zero sugar and 100% delicious. I overdid it by eating the whole bag in one day but I couldn't help it. If any complaint, I think it could have had a little more salt, although I don't know if salt is in the recipe at all, but it was very tasty and dry yet soft to chew, a little fatty but I liked that, and over all the quality seems high, both of the product and the packaging. I'm a satisfied customer and repeat buyer. I went on to try their biltong slices and chunks and those were very yummy too.

Delicious and Genuine
I’m a South African living in Philly for the past 20 years. This wors is absolutely delicious and tastes like home! I was just at the Kruger Park, and this tastes better than anything I had in my trip in 2025. Congrats on a super product. Definitely buying more. Lekker.

NOT Lekker
I was so excited to find this product. I was born in Durban and miss the flavor of home. But this product is so disappointing. It is so dry and tough that you can barely chew through it. I gave it to my dogs! The flavor is wonderful but if I try to chew on this, I will break a tooth. Maybe I just got a bad batch but there’s no place to reach out to the company with feedback on their website or social media and no returns allowed so I guess this I was just a very expensive mistake. I suggest you try a different brand.

It could be excellent or it could be average
As a few others have stated in the reviews, the quality of this product really varies from bag to bag and I think it has to do with how old they are. The last bag I had was unreal... The perfect combination of moisture, flavor and fat.... Really a great representation of what SA droewors tastes like.... but I would say more than 50% of the bags I've purchased are not that way... They are a lot drier which kills the flavor and texture... The product almost becomes bitter. Still better than a pepperoni stick but I can't give it 5 stars with the quality variations.
