Spectracide Foaming Wasp & Hornet Killer 14 Oz, Kills by Contact

After trying several different brands of wasp and hornet sprays, this one has quickly become our favorite. The biggest difference we’ve noticed is that the spray actually reaches the distance advertised, which makes it much easier to treat nests without having to get too close. The foaming action is also excellent. It covers the nest really well and creates a good layer of foam over the nest and the surrounding area. We feel like it provides much better coverage than some of the other brands we’ve tried. The price is comparable to other wasp and hornet sprays, but in our experience, this one performs better and is a much better value. Another thing we really like is the longevity of the cans. We’ve been able to use the same can more than once instead of going through it after a single use. Overall, we’ve been very impressed with the Spectracide Foaming Wasp & Hornet Killer. It has good range, excellent foaming coverage, and the cans last through multiple uses. Compared with the other brands we’ve tried, this is definitely the one we’d choose again.

This is by far the best wasp spray. I have family members that are allergic to wasps and this is the only spray we trust because of the foaming action. It locks the wasps in foam when the spray lands on them so you don’t have to worry about being stung. Just watch out for falling wasps!

We've had a lot of problems with wasps trying to build nests around our front door this year. I tried squirting them with water, knocking The Nest down, and nothing seemed to help until I put this spray. It's very easy to use and it keeps them from coming back! I highly recommend! The three can price is really exceptional! Hopefully I don't need any more this year, but if I do I know where to get them.

Thank goodness its effective.... May only be because of the amount of product dispensed per burst. ****thankful and not so thankful to have a garage FILLED with mud dobbers**** I got this product after reading reviews from the top 3 products for my specific operation. Being curious, frugal, and just wanting them gone, I ordered this product and one other (edit coming) to hopefully have enough product (and money) to take care of the issue. *This specific product was highly effective on what little area I got to cover with it* Positive* works very well and is indeed a thick "foam" that thus far hasn't stained anything. Negative* the amount of product dispersed per spray is A LOT to create the "foam". This means its empty... and fast. I got two, maybe three 3"x5" nests, and the can was spent.🤷‍♀️ All in all still a definite YES!! Updates incoming after product comparison. And sadly, yet hopefully... bug carcasses and demolished dobber houses to sweep up.

There really shouldn’t be any other type of wasp killer & this is the only one I’ll use from now on. The spray reaches an impressive distance (about 18–20 feet), which lets you stay well out of harm’s way. But even if you need to get closer because of the angle, it still feels safe. Up close, the powerful jet actually drives the foam deeper into the burrow or hive. I was dealing with extremely aggressive yellow jackets that had burrowed into the ground under my shed. I tried other sprays first, and none of them got the job done. Once I found this, everything changed. It took a couple of applications, but I never had to do the usual “spray and run.” On contact, the foam expands quickly, engulfing the guards at the entrance. Any others that try to come out get instantly immobilized as the foam coats them, and they die shortly after. I also had a smaller hive near my roof—the jet reached it easily, and the wasps turned into white foam-covered blobs that dropped straight to the ground. I’ve never been stung while using this, which says a lot. Honestly, it’s almost satisfying to watch it work. This is, without a doubt, the best wasp killer I’ve ever used.

Still one of the best sprays for yellow jackets. Good distance. Good result. Use the whole can for each neat or they will come back

We had a bad problem this summer where wasps or hornets built a nest inside a crack in the wall near the back door. I am allergic and got stung or bitten. Other products didn't get into and stay in the crack, so they kept coming back. I was able to squirt it into the crack and the foam appears to do the job. The dang wasps are gone.

Just what I ordered. Kills those pesky things my grandkids don’t like.
