5 Stars — Exceptional Customer Service That Goes Above and Beyond I’ve been using my Revo Cups since last November and have been really happy with the results — they’ve made a noticeable difference for my delts, traps, and rhomboids. But what truly impressed me was the customer service experience I recently had. The charging cable on one of my cups stopped working, so I reached out to Revomadic to ask about a replacement. They let me know they don’t sell or replace charging cables individually, which I understood. What I didn’t expect was what happened next — they asked for my address and said they’d see what they could do. A few days later, a package arrived with a brand new Revo Cup, charging cable, and all the accessories included. No charge, no hassle. That kind of generosity and genuine care for customers is rare these days. Revomadic didn’t just solve my problem — they went far beyond what I ever could have asked for. It’s clear this is a company that stands behind their product and values the people who use it. My only wishlist item would be a smaller suction cup attachment to allow use on areas like the calves, forearms, or neck — I’ve had tension in those spots too and would love to be able to target them. Works as it should

I have had muscle knots in my neck, back and shoulders for 3 years. I've had ACDF surgery and now have Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. The cupping has not alleviated the knots but does help relieve some of the tightness. I'm hopeful after the TOS is corrected, the cups will alleviate the knots. The red light therapy and heat is also a plus. I do wish they offered smaller cup sizes that fit the back of your neck better. It does leave horrible bruising but that has gotten better the more I've used them. It can also be very painful at first if your knots are incredibly tight. I definitely recommend starting off on the lowest setting. I've tried a lot of things over the years but this has by far helped the most and was worth the money.

Not a terrible product. Can be helpful to have automatic suction cups available for some do it yourself cupping at home. However- you could not really reach your back by yourself if you needed to. These have settings for heat, greater suction control, and a button for suction release but no option just to stop suction at current suction level so you can let the cup suction and rest on desired area for a bit. Only option is to let suction setting run its course or to release suction once too intense and start over again. Also, the smaller suction cups designed to allow a gliding technique with body oil- don’t really work to glide. Again suction is either too week or too strong and cannot be stopped on desired suction and allowing optimal suction for easy movement. This is a good product for some cupping but not completely ideal if you’re expecting a more profession feel of cupping like in a deep tissue massage session etc. the larger cup and suction really does pull the skin up intensely. Does feel good on some areas like the back if someone does it for you but the IT band and thighs can be sensitive for some of your trying to use it for fascia work. Overall- there might be some better automatic cupping products out there. More manual professional grade cups are better but hard to use on yourself.
