This has become my go-to milk. It has a rich, creamy taste that’s hard to believe is only 2% milk, and it stays fresh much longer than regular milk. I use it for cereal, coffee, smoothies, and cooking, and it always tastes great. The higher protein and lower sugar are an added bonus. It’s a little more expensive than traditional milk, but the quality and freshness make it well worth it.

Great taste and not as calorie or sugar dense as regular 2% milk. Even Noom lists it as a Green food. Although more expensive than standard milk, it lasts much longer once opened and stored in the fridge.
