Can't attach hose to my car, the low and high pressure valve has a inner tread not an outer threaded nipple?

Not sure of your question but I believe you're referring to the shriader valve. You can see visible threads internally. Most modern cars use R-134 that use the quick disconnect. If your vehicle is from this decade you would need to use the quick disconnects that thread onto the hoses.
