Sturdy and even cooking. Two burners are enough. Can turn off one and keep grill at 350 easily. Assembly was easy but directions were confusing. Watch were you put the red piece.

So far, this is the BEST grill I have ever owned. I have had two previous Weber Q-1200 grills. This one is much better. Well made and the two burner is perfect for 2-4 people. Assembly was relatively easy. Instructions were adequate but could be improved.

This Weber is replacing a Weber Genesis Silver B I bought in 2000 which in 2022 it finally was beyond me fixing it any longer. So I bought a smaller table top gas grill I won't mention the name here but it lasted all of two and a half years before the heat shields and burner tubes burnt out and that was after I replaced the pop rivets with screws at the two year mark. I should go and amend my review on that. On to the Spirit grill, It arrive unharmed and went together easily not many words in the assembly instructions but the picture were good. I feel like the porcelain coated grates are of much better quality than the older ones which I replaced after about three years with stainless ones. I also like that the flavorizer bars are made from stainless. The size of the cooking area is good for this stage of my life. So far I've cooked two T-Bones and a chicken on the new grill with some mixed veggies and it has worked great. I'm still learning the hot spots and the temps across the dials but it does get up to 650 pretty quickly wide open probably a bit hotter on the grates. Anyway so far so good I'm glad I went back to Weber.

This is a nice grill for a small family perhaps with limited patio or deck space for a grill. There are two burners with large knobs that work to light the burners and control the flame. I measured the cooking surface at 325 sq. inches. Attractive design. Weber is an established name and it should be easy to get replacement parts when needed. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I found it somewhat difficult to assemble. The enclosed instructions could have been better. Better instructions can be found online.

I am really enjoying my new grill. Have done lots of steaks and chops but also just did a small (13-lb) turkey last week. It turned out very moist and wonderful (I placed a container of water in with the bird). I debated about 2- versus 3- burner and am perfectly satisfied with the 2-burner configuration. The cooking surface area is the same in both and I really do not anticipate having to use all the area for intense-heat cooking. Plenty of room above the two burners for up to six large steaks and/or large chops and I usually only do four. I was advised I would have to devote a day to assembling it but it really took no more than two hours from opening the box to completed BBQ. The instructions are quite good and there is also a video. Three-burner would obviously take longer, but I don't think it should add that much time as it should be the same as installing the other two so you would know exactly what to do on #3. easy to clean when doing staks, etc., I just leave the burners on for about 10 minutes after removing the food and the grills are easy to clean with a good BBQ brush. I cooked the turkey on a foil-lined baking sheet I just placed on top of the grills so it was very easy to remove and clean. The BBQ is quite well-made and strong. It is a Weber!

I've always been a Weber fan... This one is the best yet! Even the well-engineered shipping box, packaging and assembly directions could not possibly have been more carefully, efficiently, durably designed. Thank you!

Great packaging! Terrific quality metal finishing, parts fit, and works very well. A major improvement from the last Weber grill I bought a few years ago. assembly pictures could be better. Grill printed instructions had very small print...a little hard to read. Overall a very well done grill.

The product is fine although the quality is not as good as the 15-16 year old same model that it replaced. Additionally there weren’t enough screws to complete assembling the grill. We had to purchase $9.00 worth of additional hardware.

Great quality! I have a Weber Charcoal bbq going on 12 years and the igniter still works! This grill should complement it and hopefully last as long!
