COMPLETELY WORTH EVERY PENNY. Birthday present for my 20 year old. Waaaaaayyyy faster than expected. Put together super fast. Not as compact as my daughter's scooter but the battery lasts 3x longer. Planning on buying the one with the child seat next!

I just received the 1200W Electric scooter today. I'm very happy with delivery and the seller. I assembled it and rdie it to my son and came back with original charge. It has smooth ride and soft sadle. I'm very happy with it. I try to add to this review afer a week and a month of riding it. ⛑️ Helmet!!!!

We ordered 2 scooters for a family vacation. Pre charged after we got them put together which was easy no problem. Go to our vacation rode 5 miles max. Came back to charge one charged with no problem one is now on E battery and will not re charge. When we came back from our 5mile ride both scooters still showed max charge. So I’m assuming it’s a battery failure. Supper frustrating since we bought these to enjoy family time and not having to walk or push a stroller for 10 miles. But since one has broke it’s deff put a damper on our vacation.deff hoped for a different outcome

This is a MUST get. We had purchased 2 at Walmart way more expensive but so cheaply made. These are sturdy, fast and smooth. They have great customer service as well. I highly recommend Caroma scooters. Great great value. You won’t regret it. It was so easy to assemble

Overall, it's quite good. However, there are a few points to note: 1. When charging, the key cannot be used to turn on the power, as it will trigger battery protection. You need to tear off the sandpaper, unscrew the screws, disconnect the wires, and reconnect them to be able to charge again. But the sandpaper will be damaged. 2. You need to adjust the disc brakes yourself, otherwise the wheels will rub against the discs. After using it for a month, everything is now normal, and the speed and cruising distance basically meet the standards. If there were any issues, we contacted the seller and received prompt responses.

The scooter came unable to charge. Instead of allowing a return Amazon got us in contact with the seller that then wanted us to remove all the sandpaper flooring off the scooter to get to the battery with multiple odd shaped screws. Unfortunately the brand new scooter now looks as if it has had a rough life. We are hoping this fixes the issue and doesn’t have to be removed every time it needs recharged.

Although I’m a fan of the product, I’m honestly really upset right now. I cannot retain air in my back tire because the valve keeps getting jammed into the tire. Every single time I try to fill it, I have to use pliers to pull the valve back out. This is ridiculous on a brand-new product. Insurance already told me I’m within the return window — but I didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning the whole thing. I just need the part replaced. But when I went to your website, it’s asking me to pay an absurd price — as if I didn’t just spend nearly $200 on shipping alone. I just need a replacement tire honestly. I paid good money for this, and I shouldn’t be jumping through hoops to fix a manufacturing issue.
