I love this bike. Back in October I purchased this Jasion cruiser as my first ebike to get me to/from work, 6 mi roundtrip. The instruction manual was confusing, but the unboxing video is super helpful. Took about an hour to put it together. The bike must have been bumped around a bit during shipping, which is expected - so I had to adjust the derailleur a bit after watching a YouTube video to learn this skill. Then I was good to go. And go I did, with a huge smile on my face. I'm about 145 lb, and I could hit 23 mph on the flat sections in PAS mode. It's so fun to ride and has a cute retro vibe. It struggles on steep hills, but I have some mild hills on my commute, and it did great if I pedaled along. A couple of months ago, some jerk stole my bike while I was in the grocery store for 5 minutes. I considered upgrading to a more expensive ebike, but after a lot of thought I ended up purchasing the same exact Jasion cruiser. And it's even better! The company must have improved the packaging, because I didn't have the derailleur issues during installation, and it goes 3 mph faster than my old one! I don't write reviews often, but had to share my experience with this fun and affordable ebike.

This is a GREAT e bike!! It was easy to assemble.ozIt comes mostly put together, it comes with the tools u need to finish putting it together. It's a great looking bike, it's very comfortable to ride, it is a heavy duty built bike, it's easy to learn to ride, great front & back brakes, it's has different settings for higher speeds.It is so quiet. The battery has 2 keys it comes with to remove the battery. The life of battery last a long time. All in all it is a GREAT ebike!!! Our family of three loves it. We bought it for our son's 14th birthday. He was in shock and thought it was a motorcycle when he first seen it. Because it looks like an old school motorcycle. We love you so much we will be purchasing another one.

I bought this bike in late April of 2026. When we first sat on the bike it make a loud squeaking noise. I contact customer support and they took forever to get back to me. When they finally did they asked for a video and I sent it to them the same day. They emailed me back saying that they could hear anything on my video. I recorded my video with my iphone. I've never recorded anything on mute or without sound. It's been a pain to get a refund and its been several weeks now. Be careful. If anything goes wrong its a pain to get any kind of service or refund. Keep in mind, this issue was out of the box. No riding or anything.

Design, build quality, packaging, price- all great. Performance on hills is excellent as is battery life. No drawbacks, it's all good.

We really like the scooter except for the brake lever & the accelerator are on the same handle so when we reach for the brake, we also end up pulling the accelerator back at the same time. I believe the tubes in the tires are old because the tires started going flat after only a couple uses. Other than that the scooter is very sturdy & well constructed.

Great price. Quality bike. Easy to assemble . Comfortable ride. Great pick up speed. Looks great! Very pleased with purchase. Fun to ride.

My throttle came loose with wire coming out and exposing something white and it is locking breaks and making ride slow after maybe 2 weeks of riding waiting to hear back for an replacement part under there warranty

The welds are most likely done by a robot because they are perfect. Easy to assemble and surprisingly powerful. Rides awesome! Delivered in mint condition by Fed Ex. Sadly I crashed in 3 seconds (don't start in mode 5 by pedaling, use the throttle). It took off way faster than expected which is awesome considering my stupidity. I will be buying a second one soon. A great product!
