I love this magnetic phone holder for my iPhone. Actually my daughter has one and she likes it so much so I bought this one for myself. I previously used a vent mount phone holder but this is so much nicer and it doesnt block my vents.This phone holder suctions to surfaces and holds very well. I placed mine on on the side of my console (see photos). This placement allows me to see my phone while driving and allows my facial unlock to work too.The magnet is super strong - I drive on various road surfaces from paved to dirt and rock - my phone stays put until I remove it.The swivel and tilt adjustments make it simple to get my phone positioned just right.I highly recommend this phone holder. Iphone 12 and newer have a built-in magnet which is how I connect my iphone to this holder. The holder packaging comes with a magnet if your iphone is older than a 12 so it will work too.It appears well thought out, well designed, well build and sturdy.Worth the price.A week later -update - I purchased another one to keep in my RV. These are wonderful phone holders and will work in ANY vehicle.

The mount attached very strongly and securely. I installed it in a 2016 RAM 1500 truck. Even though there's not quite enough space on the A/C dash for a 100% full connection, I am confident in it's ability to hold.The magnetic ring is also quite strong--exactly the correct amount of force is needed to remove a phone. This applies to both iPhones with integrated magsafe technology and the adhesive-backed magnetic ring supplied with the product.The included kit was very much appreciated. It was quite simple and intuitive to attach the supplied magnetic ring to the back of my Spiegen Pixel 8 Pro case.I am very happy with this product. It is high quality and the price was very reasonable. It works very well and increases the safety of driving with phone navigation.

I originally ordered this phone mount for use in my Ford F-250 work truck to prevent my phone from falling to the floor or slipping between the seats while driving. My overall experience with this item has been mixed; the magnet is strong and securely holds my iPhone 16 Pro Max with my MagSafe case. The size of this mount is small and unobtrusive, and the build quality feels durable. The main issue with this product is that, while the suction cup base holds firmly when mounted on the windshield, I need a mount that will adhere to the dashboard to avoid obstructing the windshield while driving. Despite using alcohol wipes and drying with lint-free cloths, the mount often falls off the dashboard during highway bumps and bounces, even though the magnet still securely holds the phone. For daily use I have opted to go with a different MagSafe mount.
