This DOES work , you just have to give it time. It does take a little longer to start to see a difference than the original;however, it does work but it has to be given religiously. Never skip, if you do give one in the am. just to catch up , then go back to regular schedule that night. It will work, just be patient. I know it’s hard but worth it !!! A thumbs up !!

I didn't buy these for tear stains because my dog doesn't really have an issue with that. What he does have a big problem with is licking all over his own beard constantly and his saliva turns his mouth area very brown and it looks gross. Even a grooming appointment couldn't get it out, beyond cutting it shorter and eliminating the stained fur. These hav all but solved the issue. His nose/mouth area still gets a little brown but it's drastically better. As I write this, he hasn't been groomed in over 6 weeks and it's not nearly as disgusting as it used to look just days after a grooming appointment. Highly recommended.

I love this stuff! BEEF ONLY THOUGH! If you use the chicken flavor and it doesn’t work, you might want to try this one. I bought and used the BEEF flavor, for months, without staining. Then, I accidentally ordered the chicken flavor, 😣 . Within a week my mini golden doodle (light cream color) started showing tear stains. Long story short, he was stain free until he got an ear infection. Aka: a YEAST infection. It not only affected his tears, but his saliva as well. Everywhere he licked stained, including his bum. Ugh! An antibiotic cleared it up, but it came back within a month. That’s when we realized he had issues with yeast and chicken byproducts. I love my boy, stains and all, but a sensitivity to chicken and yeast is another matter. And, staining is a major sign of that, especially if it’s in their saliva. Anyhoo……Guess what one of the main ingredients in the chicken formula is? BREWERS YEAST! It’s like the number 2 ingredient. As an aside, we also took him off any food with yeast in it, or chicken. No more yeast infections or major staining (except regular tears that I clean daily). Sooooo…I finally get to my point..sorry about that! 🤣 I gave the chicken flavor to a friend, reordered the beef and my boys stains went bye bye! I hope this helps those who have issues like I did. It’s so frustrating trying to figure this stuff out, when the vets are like “it’s allergies, blah, blah, blah”. Or, the internet is like, “ try this….blah blah blah”. Or dog food companies are like….”our food works best…blah blah blah”.

I have been using this for almost 2 months now. I bought my first order and didn’t really notice a difference and thought maybe I needed it to use it just a little bit longer so I’m now on two months of using this and I’m coming up on whether I need to re-order or not and I think that I have come to the conclusion that this is just wasted money. I have a king Charles Cavalier, and I do not notice even a little bit of a difference with her tear stains. I will be looking for alternative solutions.

Update 7/29/26: I didn't stop giving these to my Frenchie because I still had more in the tub. I have come to realize that his eyes are more dry. In a good way. They're not constantly watering anymore. Also less red fur. Then I realized that he grew out of 1 a day and should be taking 2! smh! Trying again! Fingers crossed! The pic of him in the yard is the before pic. Original review: Did absolutely nothing for my frenchie. Complete waste for me ugh
