I like using this as a soft shimmer cover of my usual eyeshadow. I have used it on all different colors (browns usually) but works well on purples, blues, greens etc. it's sheer enough that it enhances the color with a shimmer but not enough to completely cover my usual shadow. It would be sheer enough for someone to use that doesn't like to use colored eyeshadow but wanted to add a bit of shimmer. My daughter uses it for that purpose because her school has a no makeup policy.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I get compliments on this eyeshadow every single time I wear it. It is the only eyeshadow I wear now, and every day I wear it to work, SOMEONE compliments it and asks what it is. I always tell them what it is and where I got it. This is my favorite eyeshadow and it will continue to be my daily eyeshadow now. The color I chose is champagne showers, and it makes the perfect nude sparkle on my skin tone. I’ve never loved a makeup product as much as this one. I usually am not a makeup wearer except for when I have the extra time, but this eyeshadow makes me want to do my eye makeup each day with how pretty this eyeshadow is. It is so pigmented that I just use my finger lightly for 1 or 2 swipes and it’s plenty to cover my entire eyelid. The only thing I could say about it that isn’t perfection in my eyes, is that without some form of setting powder or spray, it does have a few sparkles that end up on the higher parts of my cheek at the end of the day. I do sweat a good amount at work and I don’t use a setting or finishing powder though so I’m not sure if using that would fix that. It’s not enough to keep me from calling it perfection in my eyes. I truly and honestly LOVE this eyeshadow. Thank you Elf. This eyeshadow and all of the compliments it has gotten when on, has given me confidence I lacked for a long time. It feels nice knowing it looks nice enough for people to feel the need to comment every time I wear it <3

I really love the shade “White Hot” — it looks stunning on my tan complexion and gives just the right pop of shimmer! The sparkle is so flattering, especially in natural light. It’s perfect for adding a little drama without going overboard. I knocked off one star only because it works best when applied over a primer or slightly tacky base to really make it last and avoid fallout. Still, it’s a great affordable glitter shadow I’ll keep reaching for!

I love a good Shimmer eyeshadow to do the corner of my eyelids and I was looking for a color to this and the shipping was fast. The color looks just like the picture, it looks better on most definitely, and it is highly pigmented. I only had to do it twice on my eyelid to get the color. It's really easy to put on it's not creamy which I like it is powder and it goes on easy, and also stays on all day and very easy to wipe off. I'm always surprised at the quality of stuff that you get from Elf with the price. It is small but it's the same as any single eyeshadow that you would buy. I like it because I didn't need to keep putting on layers to get the right color only two and that's pretty good

This eyeshadow is nice, but is heavy on the glitter and lacks shimmer or dense color pigment. I bought this to use as a highlighter but it doesn’t really function that way on its own.

Great dupe for the Urban Decay shimmer shadows. Doesn’t flake all over your face and stays on a long time! Easy to apply with any shadow brush. These also blend very well. Can be used overtop another shadow or pigmented enough to use by itself.

I was looking for a replacement eye shadow for the NYX that I use, but my color seems to have been discontinued. I thought this may be a good option, but holy glitter...this is SO glittery. It's not shimmery, it's GLITTERY! If glitter galore is what's you're looking for, this might be it. I do like the color, but all this glitter is not really the thing for a 50 something. I'll likely use it here and there, and very sparingly, but it cannot replace my daily eye shadow due to the glitter factor. Did I mention the GLITTER??
