These have much stronger flavours than many other water drink mixes, so one stick gives a noticeable taste rather than producing slightly flavoured water. The variety pack is useful because there are four different flavours to choose from, which stops them becoming repetitive. They dissolve well and the individual sticks are convenient for taking out or keeping nearby when I want to make plain water more interesting. The flavour may be too concentrated for some people, but it is easy enough to use more water if needed. A good choice for anyone who prefers bold, fruity drinks.
