Tastes great.
I got a thing for this cheese. It is sharp cheddar minus the yellow dye. Excellent quality and great taste. It's crazy expensive but what isn't these days.

Have eaten Cabot cheese for many years, and it has always been top quality. Creamy, great taste and texture, Vermont is the small state with the Big cheese flavor.
