Conair Curling Iron, Double-Ceramic, Clamp-Free, 1", White/Rose Gold

I have been using a 1.25 inch curling iron for years but recently chopped off my hair and have a lob haircut. My 1.25 inch curling wand gave my waves that wouldn't last with my shorter haircut. Bought this 1 inch wand and it has worked wonders for my hair. My curls actually last! Great quality! It heats up so fast and has a great variety of heat temperatures. Can't beat the price!

I bought this around two years ago. I loved it! Easy to use & perfect curls! Also curled all of my medium length hair pretty quickly! The numbers indicating the heat setting rubbed off fairly quickly. I used this curler a few times a month, so it wasn’t a huge deal! A little annoying but for the price, ease of use, etc. not a problem! However, two weeks ago I used the same setting as always (medium high) for the same amount of time as always, literally nothing changed about how I used the curler. After wrapping my hair around the rod, I smelled burnt hair instantly and watched a small clump of hair fall out. I want to reiterate, nothing was different. My hair is fragile due to chemo therapy a year ago, but I always use carefully. Thankfully my hair lady said the damage was less than I imagined. But still very bummed. The next time I plugged it in, to see if maybe it was my fault (wrong setting maybe even though I always check)? The light went on and the curling rod remained cold. I’m unsure what happened. I use surge protectors, etc. So before that, loved loved loved!! After that, not super happy about it.

Easy to use. Love the adjustable temperature settings. Can curl my long, thin hair quickly and efficiently, and it lasts all day!

So so happy with this curling wand! The various temperature controls make it so easy to be careful about damaging my hair. I cheaped out and decided not to buy hairspray because my events aren’t that long. Somehow the curls magically lasted more than a few hours and my hair was still wavy the next day. Just be a bit careful for beginners as I did burn myself once slightly.

I ordered this wand not knowing what to expect but fell in love with it on my first try. I have fine hair and use the medium heat setting and it is super HOT and gives me great curls.
