They work and at a reasonable price! I found these were as good as Scopolamine patch.

I’ve been having bad cases of nausea and vertigo for about 10 years and my doctor hasn’t been able to figure it out. In any case I’ve been taking Dramamine, but sometimes it gets me tired and so lately I looked and found this. Now these are chewable, which I didn’t like, but they’re very small and easy to chew. They actually work a lot faster than the Dramamine without making me tired. So I chew one in the morning and I chew one in the afternoon and I’m good to go. I highly recommend these for long-term nausea and vertigo.

I love rollercoasters. The big, fast, high-thrill ones!! However, the older I get, the more nauseous they make me...In comes meclizine to save the day! :)I take 2 tablets a couple hours before we hit the park, and poof!, no nausea all day - just coaster after coaster after coaster!! I'd say thats effective!

I find this Meclizine very effective for treating vertigo and its associated symptoms like nausea and dizziness. It works quickly, and I appreciate that it doesn’t make me feel drowsy afterward. I gave it four stars because it contains Red#40, I tried to find a version without it, but most options include it. I ultimately went ahead with the purchase because the vertigo was uncomfortable, the product had great reviews, and the price was excellent.
