After two weeks of taking one pill daily, I do seem to be more alert and needing less coffee. My overall mood has improved. Perhaps this is the placebo effect, or it’s the B12! Either way I’ll be purchasing again. Would recommend to others.

I waited to finish my entire bottle before I gave an opinion. Well, I never got that burst of energy others spoke of from these plain little capsules that had me wondering if they were legit. I actually felt uncomfortable. That being said, I’m going back to Naturemade Super B Complex.
