Sugar spikes are reduced post meal which is a like, but when meal is my usual low carb then sugar is going to low and that is a concern Good for stopping glucose spike

Been using Oak Age's Berberine for the last one month and I can visibly see a difference in how my body absorbs food/heavy meals. Berberine is making a significant difference in how my body looks and feels over the last month and I have stopped having my afternoon slumps post lunch. There doesn't seem to be any side effects and the quality of product and packaging is top notch. For best results, advisable to have two capsules per day and to have them 15 minutes before a heavy meal.
