High-Quality B12 in an Easy-to-Swallow Capsule
I like the Pure Encapsulations Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg - Vitamin B12 Supplements because the capsule is small and easy to swallow. I purchased it to replace the cyanocobalamin version because I read that your body can use methylcobalamin better. It is a little more expensive, but I think it is working better. I haven't noticed any side effects, bad taste or smell and haven't had any indigestion or stomach ache from it. Pure Encapsulations seems to have quality products, I have used other supplements they make and haven't had any problems. I will purchase this product again.

I've been taking these B12 pills for a few weeks, and I've got more energy and don’t feel tired anymore. I even sleep straight for 8 hours without waking up. They’re little pills and easy to swallow, which is great if you hate big pills. I don’t get any weird side stuff, and they seem to absorb real well. My doctor said my levels were low, but now they’re in the ballpark. They’re pure B12 with no junk or fillers in them. I notice my mood is better, and I wake up feeling less grumpy. For the price, they’re a real bargain, and I feel like I paid less but got a top-notch product. I really love this pure brand for making stuff that works. Highly recommended for anyone low on B12. I’d buy these again for sure.
