Q: Are these 24v DC compatible? Is there a wire diagram for ther three and four pin models?

Yes it'll do 24 volt DC as for 3 pin it's a simple on off on switch hotwire going in the middle one on each side going to whatever you put in a two4-pin I'm not sure 6-pin little complicated but it's similar to a 3-pin

Q: Are the on/off 2 pin momentary? I need a single side on/off momentary switch in this size?
